New routine

What do you guys think about my newbie routine:
Length day: silistretcher as long as possible throughout the day. Hang/swing 1.25 lbs for 10 minutes. 50 jelqs by hand followed by one 5 min bathmate session. Wear c’ring for one hour afterwards.

Girth day: silistretcher as long as possible throughout the day. 20 squash jelqs followed by four 5 minute bathmate sessions at max pressure. Wear c’ring for one hour afterwards.

Alternate routines. Pick a day where the only thing I do is wear the silistretcher as long as possible.

If this is not a solid plan, please tell me. This is what i am currently able to fit into my schedule.

The routine looks good I would have a few things to make sure you’re making gains from every area possible. I would include expressive stretching and bundled stretching. These two types of stretches will bring gains from areas we would not get otherwise. Aside from wearing the stretcher all day what else or will you be doing for length, the newbie routine stretches?
 
It sounds fine to me. As you say, its not a solid plan, and is what you can do for now. Its not allot, but you dont need loads of work to achieve growth.

This is a sensible way to slowly, gently get into this, and then in time you can add to it, get more advanced.

I was going to try hanging/swinging the 1.25 lb weight. If I need to do other things, I will.

If you’re going to do this take your time and be very gentle with yourself and cautious to make sure everything’s OK down there. I like the idea of this exercise and I think it’s very productive but just be safe getting yourself to your maximum.

I did 13 minutes today. It felt good. Not too strenuous. I do my jelqing and bathmate at night before bed.

That’s what I like to hear and thank you for taking my advice you’re going to appreciate it in the long run. I like that you’re easing yourself back in, there is no race it’s all about gaining and healing properly.

This really depends on how you’re going to use it. Are you going to use it as an ADS or are you going to use it as a vacuum hanger? If you are using as a vacuum hanger I highly recommend you go with the DLD reverse pyramid hanging. This is one of the smartest approaches to making length gains using all of the information that we have collected over 17 years. If you’re using it as an ADS I suggest you put in at least six sets of one hour per day.
