Testicular torsion. It happened to me once after clamping. It can happen from trauma to the balls. I clamped behind the ballsack and the next day I noticed a lump on my left testicle. The lump was actually the spermatic chord all twisted up. You might also notice that the testicle with the pain may be raised higher up because of the twisting. About 2 days after clamping, my testicle would twist on its spermatic chord after arousal and after sex, and depending on my laying position. It stopped after those two days and I haven't gotten those pains since. I haven't clamped behind the ballsack since. I went to get it checked out by the doctor anyway and she told me to take advil or put some ice on it. I tried to manually untwist the testicle and it helped a little bit, along with the advil.Travis Dickle said:Don't mean to hi-jack the thread but I have a ball problem too. Sometimes after I jack off for a while there's this growth like thing on my vas defrens. It feels like a big tumor and it hurts my nuts real bad but goes away after about an hour. Then it is back to normal and the growth goes away. I'm pretty sure it happened because (this might sound weird) I like to get hit in the balls and it happened not long after I got hit pretty hard. Any ideas on what this could be?

No the SSJ would not cause this. You probably have injured or strain your Vas Deferens which is collected to your testicles. This happens at times and the pain to be sharp only irritating. With any strain time heals. You do not want to do any exercise that would affect the strain until it has healed.the pain is sharp when I move, but not all the time, with moments, maybe it's bacuse of too much SSJ.
