My routine is normally to heat up and clean the cock + some manual stretches in different directions.
Then I apply the Jes Extender and I am able to stretch ca 1hr after that before discomfort or slipping out. Around 1500g tension.
1500g max out at 60 minutes, or highest ceiling time of 120 minutes with breaks in between each 30 minutes.

Would like the vacuum cup system, and a rubber band/tension device for even longer use during the day.
Good to have when you run around. Any elongation method is good. What you look for is comforts. Pure comforts.

My target (dream target) is 9x6 inches, but would be happy with around 8 inches length and keeping my current girth stable (7.3 as we speak).
Don't dream. Aim for it. Mine is 9x6.3. I'm already at 6.1 in terms of girth. All I need now is push to 9 from 7.25in. You can do it yourself.

You need to do bundled stretches to enable you gain quickly.
I've just ordered the Lengthmaster 3 it arrives Monday according to UPS tracker. Im total newbie when it comes.es to using this equipment so I will need to watch some proper wrapping videos. I ordered silisleeves also are they an alternative to manual wrapping??

The length master comes with a white bandage that you can use for wrapping. But the silisleeve can be used as an alternative for staying elongated. There are many length master videos I can show you here.

Are you talking about sleeving method maybe? Something like this?

Adding a light layer of wrapping to keep warm, add stiffness to the sleeve for traction, and to protect the glans.

I have noticed some changes to my cock, that I correlate with growth.
I remember as a teenager, ca 16yo my cock has some "bumps" under the skin.

Now (44yo and stretching) they are back, so I am pretty sure the collagen is changing = cock growing.

My goal is still both length and girth, and i feel like my cock is much bigger when flaccid... Only good for "show" when going thru the dressing room, but still 😄

Looks like this Jes Extender is making impact, slowly but steady. This really made my motivation go up...Not the 19cm, we are all different.... But more the fact that my flaccid measurement has gained 9-10mm in 170 hrs.

Now...even more motivated, ill stretch more and harder!!

Short update
Been having some new energy and focus, and you guys inspired me to keep going - thanks.

Had a consistent training/stretching for the last 14 days, and my wrapping technique is working better than ever now.

I wrap flaccid cock in a very thin layer of gaze, and them apply the silicon/rubber-band on top of the gaze - a total of 2 thin layers.
No slippage and good stretch for ca 1-2 hrs a day.

I noticed I am about to have a "shower, especially when blood filled. Ill continue, and I have actually started to believe i can reach my target out in the future.

Currently passed 208hrs, and it looks like I will not be able to stretch much more than ca 200-250hrs in a year - also due to some discomfort and basically always working (making it impossible to wear).

What to do folks?.

Should I invest in another stretcher than the jes?. Maybe use the Jes-extender when possible and find something that could pull down towards my leg when in the workshop?.

My current goal is still realistic 8-8.5"x6" cock. (Stating point 6.9 x 5.7)

You can reduce wear time and add 20 minutes of length master session. Let's say you were wearing it for 6 hours before, reduce to 3 hours and add 20 minutes of.length master session to it. You are still winning.

Problem is mostly, no time to lay still and stretch. So at the most I get 1-1.5 good hours clocked in.

You mean you can't get 40 minutes in 24 hours to use a length ?
 
Sure, I would be able to fit that in for sure. And I will look into it ASAP.

But the Jes-Extender... Not able to use it more than those ca 1-2 hrs

I'm not a fan of that extender. 40 minutes is enough time to make all of the needed length gains. Get a length master.
 
Not a fan of any extender either. But some brothers do need an extra time under traction tension to help with specific growth. Not everyone is built with the natural easy gains simply through an hour worth of stretching, unfortunately.
 
If you want the best ads go for the SiliStretcher. This is the most effective and highest quality you can find.

I gained 0.5ish inches over the 210hrs, but I feel it has stopped and need something with more traction and comfort.

I think ill aim for the Silistretcher and also keep the low tension after that exercise with a suction-cup and a leg strap to keep the gain/stretch going.

The SiliStetcher and the vacuum cup type extenders are great to keep your comfort up longer. You can retrofit the SiliStretcher's cup with the existing extender for that purpose as well. I need to post my mod for this.

How much have you gained?

First journey, 1.25in length, 1in girth within 9 months or so, and cemented within 4 months later. Second journey 10 years later starting last year, around 1.5in length and 1.15in girth within 10 months. Have to take a break from length due to serious bodily injury on the fully half of the body while trying to cement the gains.

I started at 17 cm (6.7 in) nbp and reached 18,5 (7 in) nbp length.
Starting girth 13,2 cm (5.2 in) , now 14,2 cm (5.5 in).

I would like to reach 8" length and I know it is absolutely possible. But I just love the 5x5x3 routine and seing girth gains. Girth makes all the difference and the exercise is absolutely addictive.
Well if you are already at 6.7 NBP length you willl easily reach 8x6 easily and faster then me. My starting size was 6.3 NBP x 5 Mid Shift Erection Girth, which was my original size.

He could hit his goal in a year. An inch and a quarter in a year is totally possible using the best routine and listen to your body. the best routine is SRT.

Length master... Will buy it, but for now I will add the Silly and continue with the jes-extender.
 
You are going to see great results with the LengthMaster. It opens the door to so many exercises you can do. It delivered great gains for me. A great LengthMaster routine is part of SRT.
 
Update:
Got some new supplies, new soft bandage tape and rubber/silicone wrap for the Jes extender.

Also just received the leg/neck strap, suction cup system (just like the silli).

Comfort is great with that system, managed to stretch low tension for 3hrs today.
First time in a long time a actually feel a little "tiredness" in the cock/tissue.

Length master will be my next buy for sure

When doing the Jelq - What oil do you guys use?

Any carrier oil is fine. It can be coconut oil (be careful of the sediment that can irritate you), argon oil, castor oil (very thick and smelly), olive oil, avocado oil, or just good old womanly lubricant if you can get enough of it ;)

After 1 year I have managed to stretch for 225 hours - will concentrate to do more onwards.

I never used this method. I always just did the same thing day to day until it didn't work. And then I would switch to a more intense program, adding in more exercise and time. I gained 2 inches. Is it length and a quarter inch in girth, over my first six months. From there, it took a lot more effort to make growth. If I had to guess I would say after that point I gained about a quarter inch every 3 months

If you're taking 2 hours of stretching into account per session, which is around 112 days or so of stretching then wrapping, since I didn't measure until 6 months later, and take things optimistically, around 0.25in gain in length with a 0.20in girth gain as I did focus on girth at the same time. If I focus only on length, that could have shot straight past 0.4in gain.

I did buy the vacuum cum hanger/pulling kit as well, just to support the stretch after a session. But its quite time consuming installing and cleaning all the time.

My next step will be the length master!
 
Either using the Length Master plates for hanging or the vacuum cup, cleaning is a must. The plates need the cushion wraps to be cleaned for hygiene. The cup needs itself, the sleeve, and even the wrap. Going further, even the strap type hangers need cleaning too. Wish things can just self sterilize after each workout, but we can all dream about it for the future. But robo-maids are not too far in the future.

Been having some issues in my private life, lost focus on my routine but starting up again.

For all new readers - stretching and enlarging your penis is a battle against your worst enemy....time and patience.

Im back at stretching with the jes-extender and bought a vacuum-rubber band stretcher too.

Soon ill buy the length master and make my long wanted gains faster.

If you're looking for the Goldie Lock zone of 9in by 6.5in-ish, I think most of us are chasing after that. I'm included. It's not only possible, it's a definitely. It will take discipline and dedication on your part.


Pumping commonly focuses on girth only. There is a 10% increase in length during pumping, but pumping without expressive lengthening routines under the SRT methods, you'll see very little to no length. What you expand, you must also provide lengthening support. Think about working out in the gym. If you just want to be a muscle bound titan, you will definitely get larger. But at the same time, you'll see a decrease in your height as well. Why? As you expand in muscle mass, like your penis expanding, without enforcing your height, in your penis case is your length, to remain the same or prevent compression of your bones, you'll see little to no gain on height/length and a possible loss as well.


Wrapping using flexible tape can be a chore. This is why we use TheraBand, or something similar. Don't use the ultra thick training-band (yoga bands). Whose high weights (5lbs and greater) creates more discomforts than good. Brothers here use SiliSleevs and DuroSleevs, in combo with the elastic bands you're using now to prevent slippage. The sleeve acts as an elongation tool, creating a constant traction force up to 1100g. The most optimal traction is around 1210g, or around 2.5lbs-ish. Any higher for long hour wearing will create dimishing return. This can be proven through various medical studies throughout the many decades.


Your current tool is quite nice. The only thing is, what is your true current size. It's a bit confusing. Is your current BPEL at 17.7cm or 18cm? in either case, you're around my size, and I'm working towards the optimal size that my wife wants. It has been an interesting restart of my journey for me from 5.95in length to my current 7in length within 10 months. During that time, I also work on girth, going from 4.95in to 5.75in. I like to take it nice and slow as a safety precaution. In PE, we're not chasing our dream with sprinting. We chase it as a marathon. It takes time, and we create consistent disciplines along the way.

I'm currently at 6.3in girth before I stopped due to physical injuries. Can't have the body divert more of it resources to the penis while the body is on healing mode.

The routine is pretty simple actually. Using the baseline 5x5x3 routines, I adjust my girth routine to 2 to 4 minutes of pumping, 6 to 10 minutes of SSJ, and rather than 3 sets, I adjust between 5 to 10 sets. Pumping is a mean to break the internal positive limit and expansion volume. When SSJ internal pressure is restricted because the internal tissues are unwilling to yield, pump. By pumping using moderate pressures, enter into the high pressures for a short period (between 20 to 60 seconds, max), and reduce back to moderate pressures, the negative pressures force the internal tissues to yield more so the SSJ can take over in further expanding the internal blood chambers. Back and forth, back and forth.

The critical note to take is to ensure the penile tissues are constantly warm during the tissue expansion. It can be warm water, slightly hot water, or heat compresses to keep the tissues malleable. Don't do it with cold tissues.

Follow the post pumping routine, which is restricting the blood flow using a band, penis ring, or a device that slows the blood from exiting the penis within the 40 to 60 minutes. After that, you can keep on doing the same post pumping routine or keep the penis elongated. I opted for elongation because I also worked on my length at the same time.

Like all the brothers, our special ladies noticed every time we went up just a tiny bit, be a 0.15in or even a bit less. And yes, she did notice the when it went past a whole inch. Now, rather than desired to be pounded, she wants to go slow and steady because the large girth pushes her vaginal expansion too far, causes the cervix to be lowered and hammered too hard. Slow and steady.
