Started back around September of 2024 to ease into the PE journey again, and stopped around January of 2025 after the bodily injuries.



Like all the brothers, our special ladies noticed every time we went up just a tiny bit, be a 0.15in or even a bit less. And yes, she did notice the when it went past a whole inch. Now, rather than desired to be pounded, she wants to go slow and steady because the large girth pushes her vaginal expansion too far, causes the cervix to be lowered and hammered too hard. Slow and steady.

Look at the 5x5x3 (< now is a link) as a baseline. It's a combination of SSJ (Slow Squash Jelqs) and pumping. Don't just stick mainly to slow squash jelq or pumping alone. It's a combination of positive pressure from SSJ and negative pressure from pumping to optimize your gains. However, the SSJ and pumping is the two main exercises, alternating and fine-tuning the amount of time on the exercises based on what you need. You also need to incorporate a bit of length exercises to keep the expansion tissues elongated to increase the blood chambers. This is to influence the lateral expansion (outwards) and longitudinal (lengthwards). Think of each chamber is like a tube type balloon. A proper expansion is length, then expand, length then expand. Too much length, the balloon pops. Too much expansion, and the wall weakens. It requires both.

C-jelqs and reverse C-jelqs help to move into and out of the penis, reducing fluid retention and help the lymphatic nodes to remain clear at all time. Pumping and SSJ can place burdens on the nodes. C-jelq and reverse C-jeql help.

Always such great and detailed answers. I can’t seem to find a video on c jelqs but from what I’m reading, you get 80% ish erect and press the inner side of your hand along the side of your shaft and move upwards from the bottom or downwards from the top (reverse).

I received the sili stretcher last night so today I’m wrestling with how best to attach all of the bells and whistles to my body to get the best constant stretch at work. I work industrial so I’m climbing ladders and walking around a lot of different sites daily. No guarantee where bathrooms are or the situation I’ll be in haha. But where there’s a will…. us PE’ers are resilient/ persistent folk.

Correct. The shape of your index and thumb doesn't make a "C", but more of a "U" shape. Place the web between the thumb and index finger at the top of the penis, preventing an overstimulation of the urethra, causing you to need to urinate. It also helps with the stimulation of the nerve branches to keep the erection hard. When performing C-jelq, aim the penis downward to take advantage of the gravity pulled for the blood volume. By bending the penis down, you also increase the amount of natural vascular constriction, exercising your erection quality.

Rather than going at it 80% erected, go for full if you can. Start at the very bottom of the penis base, stroke from the base of the penis to the base of the glans, and while not letting go of the squeezing pressure, glide back to the base of the penis. The pressure should not exceed the pressure of you grabbing your penis for strong but pleasurable masturbation session.

Okay so the C jelq is just as it says, it’s like a jelq but I’m not closing my grip all the way. I’ll see how well I can add those into my routine. So far I feel like I’m making good progress. Might do measurements around the 1 month mark.

Correct. It's a jelq with allowance for the blood and fluid to leave the penis because it's not closed all the way like a typical OK grip.

I’ll see how well I can add those into my routine. So far I feel like I’m making good progress. Might do measurements around the 1 month mark.

Sounds like a game plan. For girth, every month to every other month is normal. Too much measuring can cause nervousness, and that can result in a stressful mind.
 
Guys I have been using the Length Master but most of the time I have my session before going to bed..I just finish the routine don't use the silisleeve to keep it elongated.. Am I still gaining??..I feel so although putting the silisleeve can increase the gains..

It's always a good idea to keep yourself wrapped. You don't need anything special. Just wrap with ACE it is a great way and it's cheap, and you can get it at your local pharmacy.

Answer to you question, and the simple answer is "Yes". Just like pumping 15 minutes a day, stretching using the LM is similar. As DLD pointed out, you need to remain elongated after the pull. Simple elongation is more than enough. It may be a bit slower than the active SiliStretcher for the entire day, but it still growing, micrometer at a time.
 
I have a silisleeve . I have my routines almost at midnight that's why I don't wear the silisleeve I can't wait until 1 am or so to take the sleeve off... If I have a routine during the day I'll wear the silisleeve
