New exercise video for you guys

So I have developed a new exercise. I would like to upload a video. What do I need to do?

Yep. You want a hosting site such as the one I use. It's free and is like the "youtube" of x rated content. They've also been around for years and don't appear to be going anywhere...nor do they randomly delete content...from what I've seen with my own videos so far, anyway.

yepp thats it, if u want to aim for a site that is really famous and gets alot of viewers you could try spankwire.com, but im not sure if u need to pay to upload there by buying an account.

anyhow the other site is just fine. Then it's all gathered in one place aswell with the other exercise tutorials, which is perfect.

Yea just like on youtube! Just make sure you're getting a good quality video before uploading. I don't think xtube changes the format. They have you create a free account and you log in to upload your stuff.

Use one of the site at OVGUIDE.com...do not use Youtube as it will be banned immediately.

Now we want you to upload your video instructions on this site directly (to: mattersofsize.com).
If you record many videos it would be wise to create a specific video thread for this. In this way it's easier to keep all the videos structured. Preferably use the first post in that thread, to create a registry of all the videos with links.

If you do not know how to upload videos. There is a film camera symbol at the top in the post editor.
