I would like some help with the next revision of the constriction guide.
Its WAY overdue and I'm going to really revamp it but need guys whom have alot of love for the field and wonna really help make it even better.
Anyone wanting to help, with ideas, articles, schemes, pictures, videos etc etc than PM me and we can get something sorted.
