need Help pretty new.

Hello all. Ive been doing the newbie routine for about 4 -5 months now only adding pumping. So i do the newbie routine then pump for 30 mins afterwards, was just wondering what i need to be doing after i get done with it all and also when i need to switch the routine up and what exercises to do when i do change the routine. i also dont reall have a lot of money to buy the products and devices so for the most part just need exercises that dont require such
 
You’re supposed to give your routine six months before evaluation have you made any gains? I’m assuming your practicing DLD’s Newbie Routine.

You can make yourself a smooth broomstick as a Power Assist device, to bundle around and deform the tunica for faster gains.

How exactly do I use the broomsticks I’m not familiar with the DVD and phases tbh I kinda just seen the newbie routine and just started that and been doing it consistently and haven’t looked much more into everything
 
If you’re seeing growth with your routine, there’s no need to change it. If anything increase the intensity.

if you’re not seeing any growth increase the intensity or add more exercises to your routine or change it. I’m not expert just trying to help out.

How precisely are you pumping? You need to combine pumping with manual girth exercise like the SSJ (Slow Squash Jelq). Below is how to pump:

5 minutes pumping
5 minutes SSJ


5 minutes pumping
5 minutes SSJ


5 minutes pumping
5 minutes SSJ


This is how you can make permanent gains from pumping. If you pump without adding the SSJ, the gains in most causes won't be permanent.

i usually just pump for 30 minutes after I finish the routine, or for 30 minutes before I have sex

Can I add the 5x5x3 after the newbie routine? Instead of pumping 30 minutes straight
 
I’ve actually been doing side-to-side stretches for about 4-5 months now. They’re great. I do 5 reps each hand=1 set, 10 sets with some btc stretches afterward and I make sure each stretch lasts 5-6 seconds.
