Hello all. Ive been doing the newbie routine for about 4 -5 months now only adding pumping. So i do the newbie routine then pump for 30 mins afterwards, was just wondering what i need to be doing after i get done with it all and also when i need to switch the routine up and what exercises to do when i do change the routine. i also dont reall have a lot of money to buy the products and devices so for the most part just need exercises that dont require such
