Need advice on my routine

I just came back to PE from a long hiatus. I was close to 7" BPEL however I lost .5" after stop doing PE. My BPFSL is just under 7" in length.

Here's my routine:-

Doing 5 days 2 days off for length
Length routine
Wearing Phallosan whole day when I am not doing PE to keep my penis in an extended state
Lengthmaster bundled twists 2 reps 30 sec each direction
Hanging with LG 1 hour 3 pounds

Girth routine (doing it 1 day and taking next day off for the week)
Penoment 2 set of 5 mins pump
2 sets of SSJ 5 reps 30 sec hold for each rep
Wear PF

Please let me know if there is any suggestion can be make to help with gains. I am aiming for 8" BPEL.

You do not lose any size once it’s made permanent but if your size has not been cemented yet you will lose those gains.

It's good to carry on with routines from 3 to 6 months after you've reached the goal. Kind of "overshooting" it a little bit. Once you have reached your goals it's possible that you can tone down your routines a notch.

Even after reaching goals, it's good to do testicle health massage, Kegels and light jelging from time to time.

After i reach my size i'll do kegels every day and jelq around 3 times a week just for the amazing benefits.

That’s a good idea and I also suggest maybe once or twice a month getting in a basic work out like the newbie routine. I think that it will keep you in good penile health as you get older. Plus the connection you have right now with your penis is pretty cool you don’t want to ruin that. So you don’t have to go full force after you’ve got to your gains but it is smart to keep up the maintenance routine for good penile health ?
 
I was edging tonight. I felt like my unit is looking abit longer so out of curiosity, I took out my ruler and measure. I think I am back to 7 inches BPEL after losing .5". I will continue to monitor and perhaps take a picture next time.

Your length master work is too little to create meaningful impact on the Tunica. When it comes to girth, you want to do the SRT part of the girth routine description.
