I just came back to PE from a long hiatus. I was close to 7" BPEL however I lost .5" after stop doing PE. My BPFSL is just under 7" in length.
Here's my routine:-
Doing 5 days 2 days off for length
Length routine
Wearing Phallosan whole day when I am not doing PE to keep my penis in an extended state
Lengthmaster bundled twists 2 reps 30 sec each direction
Hanging with LG 1 hour 3 pounds
Girth routine (doing it 1 day and taking next day off for the week)
Penoment 2 set of 5 mins pump
2 sets of SSJ 5 reps 30 sec hold for each rep
Wear PF
Please let me know if there is any suggestion can be make to help with gains. I am aiming for 8" BPEL.
