Getting back into pe need a good length master routine trying to gain an inch in 3 months been doing bundled just really been doing bundles and between the cheeks exercises 3x30sec kinda want a new routine
I need more that that I did that before and length master is all I got and uncle Jim’s strapping method right now forgot my bathmate and phollosan and home
This is one of the best LM routines I’ve ever written and I think it will work perfectly for you. It’s quite an intense but the gains come very quickly. It is also SRT compliant so we can add in healing measures once you decide on the routine. Let me know what you think.

I’m gonna start using my bath mate and start hanging consistently in January. Army has me going everywhere so basic lengthmaster and power assist exercises 2x a day one In the morning one at night. I’m getting my phallosan back Friday so I will do srt so will use that in between for atleast 4 hours a day everyday except Sunday. Sunday’s will be more active rest days just phallosan and 2x a day power assist no length master.
