Natural Remedy for Falling Hair

Hi everyone. My hair has been falling for the longest time and I ignored it until I saw 3 small balding spots in my head. I freaked out and has been so conscious of my hair ever since. Is there anyone here who is going through the same problem? Any tips you can share? Natural remedy is my take but I welcome anything. I am becoming depress about this. :-(

One of the reasons of your hair fall might be stress related. Just avoid bad fats and try taking virgin coconut oil. If natural remedies would not work, I think you better talk to a hair loss doctor.

Kind of in the same boat. I know of nothing natural. I was on a steady decline for years. Last year I had a hair transplant and I absolutely love it now! It is pricey... mine was $12k but I needed a lot done (2000 grafts). Worth it to me, and more than likely will go back for more in the near future.

It sure cost a lot. That is why I am more into the natural way of growing them back. LOL. But if it is worth it then it is okay. I am actually been looking into this Bosley reviews and yes, I am close to being persuaded.

Coconut oil and fish oil both are wonderful for reducing hair fall. I have also hair fall problem so i am trying to reduce my hair fall and using coconut oil and fish oil. Both are very useful for me. I suggest everyone to use these oil for hair fall solution.

If there a bald spots already I think it's high time to consult a doctor to determine the actual cause of it so it can be treated properly.

or if you're rich you can get hair transplant surgery or growth hormone.
kind of random but my wife uses horse shampoo and swears it makes her hair thicker lol

I'm not in the same boat. But I was shaving my hair off for years....maybe 7 years or more. I have a full head of hair now. Hair is nice...but there is so much maintenance. A shower takes longer due to my thick hair. If I lost it all I would not care.
Maybe I would be happy.

One word "KEFIR"
DO your research about kefir and make the 2nd fermentation and you will grow hair in places you didn't have previously. It's also supposed to make your balls grow big and heavy but it will take a while no doubt

No proof at all, except a bit fuller balls and hair grown where previously didn't have hair. But do your research on y tube from Dr. And other sources.
Apparently the kefir has a multiplicity of different vits and minerals esp b bits and vit k as well as others. It works for me and it's a very healthy drink to. You must use organic whole milk for the best outcome.
