30 minutes hanging 25 pounds blood started coming out of my urethra.I guess I got to lower the weight which I did with 10 pounds for 60 minutes.

Yea, crazy right the pull was insane the 10 pounds started to feel like 25.From now own I'm going to start hanging.I think this will give me some gains which is the oldest form of pe.I hope gains come before I hit session 365 which is a whole year.

I got to 70 pounds as my max but I usually hang in the 40-50 pounds. But I was extremely hardcore and would not suggest that much weight. 10 pounds is excellent but 20 would be best.
