I started this progress thread on session 51 now I'm on 187 I guess the man upstairs is really making it hard for me.I know pe works it just not happen to me yet. Maybe i think the reason is i have not been using a anti turtling wraps.

Also nice to see someone else going up to 15hg of pressure, though must say going above 15hg is where you might start to experience pain as I know this from experience as I many months ago used to go up to 20hg, definitely sticking to max 15hg now.
