Hello dear members,
I thought i'd share how im making gains in a visualized chart.
My workouts are all done with the lentghmaster and manual stretches.
1- after gaining few cm and maxing the intensity i encounter a plateau period
2- I take 2 to 4 days of rest and restart my workouts with begginners stretches and all the way up to DBS and BTC dynamic stretches.
3- I max the workouts intensity until im in a plateau again and redo the step above.
How does your pogress lool like, im curious to know how each of us grow.
