Hi Guys,

I thought I’d make a post for accountability purposes but also as a record keeping log.

About 6months ago I bought the BM and started pumping sporadically. Since early Feb 2026 I’ve been training more regularly and for a month now I started to do manual exercises and bought the Mityvac, too.

My original measurements are
2nd of Feb: BPEL 17.0cm; EG 14.0cm

Progress:
20th of March: BPEL 17.4cm; EG 14.2cm

I’m training 6 days on with one rest day.

My routine is a little bit pumping in the morning with the BM just to get the blood flowing but my proper session is after work in the afternoon.

I do some light DBS (540) for a few minutes and then the normal stretching newbie routine. Over time I’ll increase the intensity of the bundled stretches and will include BC-BS. I want to be careful though and approach it slowly. In a few months I might get the length master but first I want to get as far as possible just with manual stretching.

Afterwards I pump with the BM at full pressure until I achieve a full pump in my penis. Time in the BM about 10x30-60s. I do some BM stretches during my last set and try to hold the stretch for 60s. I stop pumping before an Edema forms.
Then I go into the MV and pump slowly to -6inHg. Due to the BM Pump I fill out the cylinder and therefore target length in the MV.

So far I’m fairly consistent and 4mm growth in 1.5months is great

Since you're just starting out, 1.5 months with 0.4cm growth is freaking awesome. That's actually above the average growth level. Slowly, and I mean VERY SLOWLY, increase your intensity as you progress. Do not accelerate too quickly. Try a 4-on, 1 off approach for a month as well, when you decide to increase your intensity up a bit. That little extra rest will do you much greater good.

If you see a faster growth in this period, don't go crazy or overzealous on your routines, but simply increase just a tiny bit more on intensity going forward for the next two months. The key is consistently pushing similar intensities, with an additional range of +10% to +15%. Too fast and too soon can cause the body to reject and then accept new stress loads, slowing things down very quickly.

I’m not a complete newbie ((experience wise). Back in 2013 I did some PE but these gains obviously disappeared completely. I know a lot of exercises. I’m now fully dedicated. My goal is 8x6 (NBP). I’m shooting for the stars here but one needs to dream big

I think If I stay consistent I can definitely achieve 8x6 BP.

The ultimate goal is really when I sleep with a new girl and whip it out that she looks at it in shock. I’m already at a stage with some girls that I cannot pump in the BM pre sex as I can’t fit it in anymore. I want to get an objectively big dick and with 8x6 that’s definitely the case.

I also do some jelquing in the morning btw when I wake up just for good measures. I like the 4on1off idea. I will do that as I definitely feel the workouts after a few days.

Unfortunately I got a blister on my glands (going into the BM flaccid and then pumping at high pressure caused this.) from which I’m still recovering and stopped girth work but I started using the BM again carefully. I was surprised that I never got a blister from entering it errect but then when going in flaccid at highnpressure, boom, blister.

Anyway, I’m reading a lot about the Lengthmaster and I am wondering why length gains can be achieved so fast with it? Is it because you can apply a stronger pull? I’m pulling quiet strong during the manual stretches and wouldn’t feel comfortable pulling stronger but maybe that’s actually needed to gain. 🤔

Any thoughts?

Wow. Pushing 720 strapping at the base of the glans?

Unfortunately I got a blister on my glands (going into the BM flaccid and then pumping at high pressure caused this.) from which I’m still recovering and stopped girth work but I started using the BM again carefully. I was surprised that I never got a blister from entering it errect but then when going in flaccid at highnpressure, boom, blister.

Yep. That's the common blister-maker.

Yes. The LM allows you to exert a ridiculous amount of traction tension/load during the pulls. Adding the bundled/twisting to the element, you're breaking more than just the lateral or longitudinal mesh tissues, one at a time. You're breaking both at the same time.

Any thoughts?

For the pumping, ease up on the high pressures. Stay in the high only for a very 10 to 20 second brief moment. Say in the moderate and low more often. Low is around -5 to -6 inHg. Moderate starts at 6 to -7 inHg. High starts at -8 to -10inHg. Anything more than that, you're entering blister zone. Even at -7 inHg can cause blisters after your glans undergoes punishment from the heavy pulling with the LM.

No, that’s throughout the whole shaft. That was one of the questions I have in my LM thread. Once it’s clamped into the LM surely I’m restricted in terms of where I can twist. But Huge-Girth said to anyway only start with 360 first once I get the LM in about 3 weeks and until then I keep working it with 360-540

Even after a good length workout (bundled stretches, normal stretches from all angles) I sometimes still manage to being able to get an errection (granted, I’m on 5mg/d of tadalafil)

I started to use the Mityvac in the morning when I wake up. Enter with a full errection (100% - morning wood) and pump slowly to -7/-8 where I stay for a few seconds. I then to some SSJ and Ulis.

I’ll keep it in mind to ease up on this approach once I have the LM. I’m excited about it and can’t wait to use it.

I just had a really good BM session. In the morning I did some pumping with some SSJ and Ulis and hit 18.4cm in the Mityvac at -7 for 10seconds. I still don’t fully fill out the tube apart from 0-6cm (you can see the skin pushing against the cylinder wall). There is maybe 1-2mm gap between the wall and the shaft for the shaft above 6cm. Soon I’m filling that out fully and then my pumping with the Mityvac mainly targets length which was the plan from the get go. Once I fill out the 2‘‘ tube I’m happy with my girth. 6.2‘‘ girth is criminal anyway. Well, I say this now 😬

Throughout the day I did some stretching(bundles in all directions and also normal stretching, btc.) No real system as my privacy is compromised because my parents are visiting 😉
I can’t wait for the wraps that I ordered from the shop so I can actually heal in a elongated state. Did some light jelquing at 20-30% EQ afterwards.

About 4h later I had the best BM session so far. I was in the bath tub and started with some bundled stretching followed by jelquing to get to 70% EQ. After about 5 sets I was at 100% EQ and had a great pumped feeling. After another 3-4 sets (I stay each time for about 20-30s in the BM) the pump was insane and for the first time I hit 21.7cm in the hydromax9. No Edema has formed either and I also had no red dots. It seems my skin is getting used to the work outs.

My blister has fully healed and there are only a very light red spots where the blisters were and it didn’t get darker with pumping.

I put a cocking on for about 3x5min and soaked in the bath tub.

Great workout guys and I’m starting to really have fun with this PE stuff!!

If you can handle as much as 720 straight from the start, that's not a problem either. Normally, most brothers can't handle past 360, even some can go as high as 720 at the start. It's just a good comfort zone to slowly increase the rotation. Start slow to adjust, and start light to get used to things first. You're in good hands under his guidance.

Both.

High pressure when you're flaccid creates hotspots, or fluid buildup bumps, without realizing it. The reason is because you can't feel the pressure being built up under the tissues when it's already past the point of blister-maker.

When you're erect, you will feel every little pressure point that passes the current tissue expansion limit. It feels like something is crawling under the skin. That's when your skin layers, or the fascias, start to peel apart from each other, causing fluid to gather and build up in those air gaps. That's when the blister forms.

This is why you have to slowly increase the pressure, then release, slow increase, then release between high and moderate pressure. This is to prevent the skin layers from separating and causing those air pockets and causing blisters.

When your skin finally heals, don't go crazy and straight to -7 or -8. Stay low at -5 to -6 to keep your blood chambers expand without forming blisters. Once your skin layers full heal, bounce between -7 and -8 every 30 seconds apart. You can even drop to -6.5 for 30 seconds, then slow up to -8 for 30 seconds, and drop. Dropping back and forth will yield better results as long as you can maintain your full erection. But that will be at least 5 weeks out until your skin layers can fully heal.
 
PE routines can be quite addictive. Just don't go too crazy on the high pressure too soon or too fast. Do the proper routine for the proper type of gain. Longer pumping time and higher pressure don't mean faster gains. It's actually the opposite. Shorter pumping time, through dynamic pressure of low, moderate, and high pressures, stay low pressure if you want longer pump time, and maintain low restrictive pressure to keep the penis expanded. This is the best approach.
