My order hasn't arrived in 5 months...

"We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece."

This is what the latest update looks like, it's remained like that for 2-3 months now.
The order I placed was for a lengthmaster hanger only, I was really looking forward to getting it.
Why is it taking so long?

Dld hasn't responded since the 1st of November, very disappointed, this stuff is too expensive to not give a proper response in time and not ask whether the package arrived or not.

Sorry about the problem you're facing, brother. @DLD mind chiming in? Just to be sure they have your info ready, do you have your order number by chance? Sorry to say, I don't deal with sales. I'm just the science and tech guy.

I gave him the information he needed to get a refund.Now he just has to wait for sheena

DLD posted me back saying something long ago, i forgot what it was about, the item not being in stock anymore, but i want the refund and the mail id wich was apparently "handling" the refund is not replying to my messages...

Hello,

I have already informed the customer about this order and his refund. He was refunded on Dec 15th for the bundle chamber order which was attempted delivery 3 times according to the shipping company.

I’m not sure what he wants us to do as shipping was his fault and the refund seems to be his banks problem.
 
I'm m really sorry for my behaviour, the problem was from the bank, i got my money back recently. Please excuse me, I'm sorry for not paying sufficient attention through the entire process accordingly.

DLD and his team are here to assist. With MoS and its reputation for the past 2+ decades, the community and its Shop are are only here to assist and help the brothers. It takes money to sustain the community, but they put that as secondary, with pushing the PE advancement at the forefront to help the brothers.
