Progress thread My new extender/progress thread.

26.03.24- 5 mins ball & lig stretch, 30 mins bundled stretches, 120 jelqs and 3x5 mins pumping with MityVac.

Having today off though think I’ll still will do 3x5 mins of Bathmate HydroXtreme 9 pumping. Btw took an Asberger’s/Autism test yesterday and it might seem like I’m on the Autism spectrum, also it’s pretty normal to have both Autism and ADHD at the same time.

ADHD, ASPD and Autism….no wonder I managed to fuck up my life so bad in the past.

I believe I also have this (always felt different then everyone else, could never fit in). The way I think I know is completely different then most people. It's hard to explain. My doctor was stuck in some stigma, and didn't diagnose me with that title (I demanded an investigation) .
Doesn't really matter now, the important thing is that we have a super brain. To bad it took 33 years for me to get everything to start working.
Never give up!

I know what you mean brother, about not fitting in. Our brains are wired differently from so called «normal» people.
And yes, I’ve also felt different from other people my whole life, and people seem to misunderstand me and my intentions all the time.

One good thing about all this though is having an above average IQ, not trying to brag or anything, just saying that it’s pretty typical for people on the Autism spectrum to have a somewhat higher IQ than the norm. Took an IQ test and scored a 136IQ which is categorized as being gifted and almost at genius levels. Not that I’m a genius though, just a bit different than the norm.

Anyways thanks for chiming in @squirt_inducer_man always appreciate your input. So glad you finally got everything to start working despite it taking 33 years as you said. Took me many years too, to get my act and life togheter and finally living a life I’m pretty happy with.

Going to do 2 days on 1 day off for a while now as I have to clean and vacuum my house every third day which takes me about 2,5 hours so no time left for PE then. Besides that I like having every third day off from PE, so I don’t get tired of doing my routine.

Ended up taking two days off on Saturday and Sunday, though getting ready to do my routine again in a few minutes. Figured it won’t hurt if I take 2 days off every now and then though will do my best to never have more than 1 day off.

Listen to your body and when you need rest. Take rest, have no fear of losing growth. Because that will not happen. What is important is that you take care of yourself So you can have a lasting PE routine.

There is a reason our neurodiversity are still present in humans today. Everyone are not same. That would be a boring reality.

I believe I would be good at hunting animals for food in a forest due to how my brain works.

This was needed for our spices survivor otherwise we would not exist. It's to bad society are so draining for us. But there is a place for us, it can just take longer to find it.

If my goal was to find an error in a code, and it imply I needed to sit 8 hours to find it (learning programming right now), I would find it really fast.
I see patterns and inconsistent things all the time, that normal neurotypical people do not see. But this way of thinking are making me tired so tired at times, especially when there is a lot of input and stimulation from the environment.

Being social is draining for me. But no one would be able to tell I'm so called ADHD/Autistic if they did not have insight deeply in what this imply. I see social cues easily because my brain over analyzing everything all the time, it's both a curse and a gift at the same time. It's strange to say, for example: If someone becomes sad I see it immediately

It's like I can feel the energy in the room and are impacted by it.
 
Just a newbie jumping in to say hello and congrats on what I’ve read has been a strenuous journey thus far.
First time “extender” here, will be buying the he’s extender next week but have starting the stretching exercises you’ve mentioned.
Looking forward to start my journey!

If women worry about a shrunken penis because it is cold, then they don't know what true penises are. Mine hid inside by body because it was cold outside, until I went into warm water. It came out to enjoy the warm and hot water like a flag pole.
