My Last Inch: Hanging + Jelqing Growth Routine

I tried to post this in the Routine/log section, but it kept saying i don't have ''permission''

ROUTINE

DAILY- 3 sets of Hanging, 3 sets of Jelqing

MORNING SET

- Hanging/ 10 min
- Jelqing/ 500-1000

AFTERNOON SET

- Jelqing/ 100-200 (dry jelqs)
- Hanging/ 10 min

NIGHT SET

- Jelqing/ 100-200 (dry jelqs)
- Hanging/ 10 min


Weight progression

-Start with 30 lbs
- Every 3 weeks or 21 sessions, move up to 5 lbs

EX:
1) 3 weeks @ 30 lbs
2) 3 weeks @ 35 lbs
3) 3 weeks @ 40 lbs

Afterwards heavy weight

Once i hit 50 lbs, each set is only 5 min, so i can add time instead of weight.

EX:
1) 3 weeks @ 50lbs/ 5 min
2) 3 weeks @ 50lbs/ 10 min
3) 3 weeks @ 55lbs/ 5 min
4) 3 weeks @ 55lbs/ 10 min


UPDATE: I'll be adding in at least one BM session per day as well. And i might cut the Jelqing to one set per day.

In your experience does hanging heavier for shorter duration elicit better results than lighter hanging for longer duration?

with hanging you want to go with as much weight as you can handle for 20 minutes at a time. This is a very good gauge on how much you can handle. I’ve experimented with heavier weight and with lighter weight and in my opinion they both have a smart place in PE. Heavy hanging would be active gaining and lighter hanging would be passive healing. This is right in line with SRT.

Wow bro, that's insane amount of jelqing, I wish I could do that without feeling bored.
