Hello brothers,
I also decided to share my new PE journey in this thread.
My hope is that it will help me stay consistent as well as learn an share with the community.
Some history and background
This is not my first attempt at PE. I already did some serious PE about 10 years ago.
So the good thing is that I already know that it works.
The bad is that the newbie gains are already in and it will presumably be more difficult to grow more.
I still remember that I was about 18 cm in EL before first starting with PE.
I did no other measurements at the time.
Back in the day I mainly did weight hanging and regular Jelqs.
I also had one of these old noose hangers which required some willpower to wear for more than 30 min.
Over the years I bought better equipment (Bathmate and better stretchers).
But I was only doing light PE with those and did not follow a serious program.
Which was probably the reason I stayed on my plateau an did not have additional gains.
Equipment I plan to use
I already have a Bathmate Hydromax and recently bought a Phallosan forte (which I use in combination with parts from other stretchers I acquired over the years).
I also ordered the Lenghtmaster and a sleeve but they are still in international shipping.
Lastly use the app habitify the help me stay consistent with the routine.
Current Stats
BPEL 22 cm
EL 21 cm
EG 15 cm
FL 16.5 cm
FG 12.5 cm
stretch FL 22 cm
My Goal
As the title states I want to gain 10 inch EL with a girth to match.
Current Routine
I currently follow the standard SRT routine as laid out in the big forum posts.
So for length I do:
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks
Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks
Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks
Followed by some hours in the Phallosan
Then later I do the girth work
50 strong slow jelqs downwards left
50 strong slow jelqs downwards
50 strong slow jelqs downwards right
1 sixty second Slow Squash jelq
50 strong slow jelqs left
50 strong slow jelqs
50 strong slow jelqs right
1 sixty second Slow Squash jelq
50 strong slow jelqs upwards left
50 strong slow jelqs upwards
50 strong slow jelqs upwards right
1 sixty second Slow Squash jelq
Currently I only do warm-up in the Bathmate.
Once the Lengthmaster arrives I plan to switch doing length with it and girth with the Bathmate.
I will try to do a weekly report on my progress here on the forum.
Currently my motivation is high. Which is normal when starting a new thing/project.
So lets hope that this thread will help me stay consistent and motivated thou out the journey.
