Hello brothers,

I also decided to share my new PE journey in this thread.
My hope is that it will help me stay consistent as well as learn an share with the community.


Some history and background

This is not my first attempt at PE. I already did some serious PE about 10 years ago.
So the good thing is that I already know that it works.
The bad is that the newbie gains are already in and it will presumably be more difficult to grow more.

I still remember that I was about 18 cm in EL before first starting with PE.
I did no other measurements at the time.

Back in the day I mainly did weight hanging and regular Jelqs.
I also had one of these old noose hangers which required some willpower to wear for more than 30 min.

Over the years I bought better equipment (Bathmate and better stretchers).
But I was only doing light PE with those and did not follow a serious program.
Which was probably the reason I stayed on my plateau an did not have additional gains.


Equipment I plan to use

I already have a Bathmate Hydromax and recently bought a Phallosan forte (which I use in combination with parts from other stretchers I acquired over the years).
I also ordered the Lenghtmaster and a sleeve but they are still in international shipping.
Lastly use the app habitify the help me stay consistent with the routine.

BPEL 22 cm
EL 21 cm
EG 15 cm

FL 16.5 cm
FG 12.5 cm
stretch FL 22 cm


My Goal

As the title states I want to gain 10 inch EL with a girth to match.


Current Routine

I currently follow the standard SRT routine as laid out in the big forum posts.

So for length I do:

Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds x 3

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

Followed by some hours in the Phallosan


Then later I do the girth work

50 strong slow jelqs downwards left
50 strong slow jelqs downwards
50 strong slow jelqs downwards right
1 sixty second Slow Squash jelq

50 strong slow jelqs left
50 strong slow jelqs
50 strong slow jelqs right
1 sixty second Slow Squash jelq

50 strong slow jelqs upwards left
50 strong slow jelqs upwards
50 strong slow jelqs upwards right
1 sixty second Slow Squash jelq


Currently I only do warm-up in the Bathmate.
Once the Lengthmaster arrives I plan to switch doing length with it and girth with the Bathmate.



I will try to do a weekly report on my progress here on the forum.
Currently my motivation is high. Which is normal when starting a new thing/project.
So lets hope that this thread will help me stay consistent and motivated thou out the journey.

The bad is that the newbie gains are already in and it will presumably be more difficult to grow more.
Not necessarily. You can avoid the plateaus with LengthMaster 3.0, if you continuessly increase the intensity (you need to go hard).
As you become longer and longer, it will be harder to gain. But I believe you are not there jet. Keep in mind that we all gain differently, but I believe in high intensity stretching. Stretch hard, and then rest hard.

But don't let past experiences from others limit your progress. Why believe your gains will slow down already? Find new ways to gain...LengthMaster 3.0 is your way into freedom.

Don't put limitations on yourself.

Well I actually using the Phallosan together with some other stretching Equipment I had from other extenders.
I basically mainly use the Vacuum head and cap from the Pallosan.
Maybe I post a picture later.

Works for me as I am able to the do 3 sets of 2 hours each comparably in it.
But Im sure the SiliStretcher is also a good device as it uses the Vacuum head technique as well.
 
Weekly process update

I measured today before the workouts with the following stats:

BPEL 22.5 cm
EL 21 cm
EG 15.2 cm

FL 17 cm
FG 12.5 cm
stretch FL 23 cm

So some increases in flaccid length already.
Probably temporary ones from starting serious PE again.
So far so good only need to stay consistent to turn them into permanent gain's !

The LengthMaster also arrived and I started to use it for my stretching workout in the last two days.
Great tool I have to say.
I'm basically doing the same length routine as outlined above, only with the LengthMaster.

Maybe I would have been able to use it with their extender, but not with the sleeves they included. They did not follow the skin and they where hard and uncomfortable. Will see if I will get an extender in the future, we will see if I need it.

So that there is no risk for looking into the lamp directly .

Can you explain why you want this? I'm just curious.
Some guys, myself included, regardless of what they are told about what women really want, just desire to have a huge penis that goes beyond the natural scope of what is seen as normal in today's society.
For me it was always a desire just to have it to know I've got it, no other reason.

I understand exactly.
I am one of these "some guys". But for me I believe it's a matter of: I can't stop lengthmastering. It's both wonderful and scary.

I just wanted to hear @Hermokrates motivation for wanting that size, 10 bpel size it's a big size. But thanks for sharing your viewpoint.

That's what you want to see. The growth holding its own a day after.
