Hi guys, I’m newbie in here and pe in general i have seen alot of success stories which convinced me to start my own journey. I created this thread so i can record my progress and ask questions to the brotherhood.
Im thinking to start with DLD's NEWBIE ROUTINE for stretching but I don’t have any tools so far. ill start with manually stretching and after mybe 1 inch ill go to buy assisting tools.
i have couple questions that i like to be answered:
- My measurements now are BPEL 6.5”, EG 4.7” and my goal is 8.5” in length and 6” in girth. As someone with that measurement is it necessary to have girth workout with the newbie routine or I should start with the length until I reach 7.5”?
- What are the creams or routines that my help to speed up the recovery?
I’ll appreciate all the help i can get.
