Progress thread My journey from NEWBIE to 8.5”

Hi guys, I’m newbie in here and pe in general i have seen alot of success stories which convinced me to start my own journey. I created this thread so i can record my progress and ask questions to the brotherhood.
Im thinking to start with DLD's NEWBIE ROUTINE for stretching but I don’t have any tools so far. ill start with manually stretching and after mybe 1 inch ill go to buy assisting tools.
i have couple questions that i like to be answered:

- My measurements now are BPEL 6.5”, EG 4.7” and my goal is 8.5” in length and 6” in girth. As someone with that measurement is it necessary to have girth workout with the newbie routine or I should start with the length until I reach 7.5”?

- What are the creams or routines that my help to speed up the recovery?

I’ll appreciate all the help i can get.

I believe everything has to do with the time we have. I'm only doing lengthwork because I'm near my girth goal. But you can get ~1 inch with the help of your hands and a power assist device (I used a broomstick). After ~1 inch it's a good idea to get the LENGTHMASTER 3.

If you have time I suggest you incoperate girthwork as well. The Girth Program: 5x5x3 is very time efficient and you can do it at evning/night. Always do girthwork after lengthwork.

Use hydrocortisone 1% after lengthwork this will speed up your healing time. If you can get MOS-RED I recommend that is well since it will also speed up the healing time in the tissue, but also it's also awesome for warmup/warm down.

It seems a lot to me as someone that usually use cm for measurements but thanks for the encouragement.

Yes i have seen your routine it focuses on length but i got long way to go for my girth also around 1.4 inches which makes it necessary for me to start the girth with the length, but I'm scared it will be overwhelming to me and to my penis to work in length two times a day and one time on my girth. What you think is the smart move is?
