This is something that happened to me with my girlfriend at the time (now wife). It was a bit of a ego killer but she said it indirectly and I never asked her if she thought I was big. Thats what pissed me off, but I held my emotions, smiled and responded ",wow the tighter girls that I had been with in the past always said opposite". And BOOM, INSTANT mind f#ck on her. And surely later a few hours after I said that, she told me, " Am I tight like some of the girls you had in the past" and I straight up said, "no sorry a bit on the loose side" and she started crying and she said back to me, "well your the biggest I ever had, and I was joking about what I said earlier" and I responded, "well I'm just being honest, you asked a question and I answered truthfully". Ever since that she would say it hurts after sex or that she was to sore. I believed her to an extent given I increased length by 2 inches and EG went up as well. I mean, I know my size was awesome for my now wife, because if it wasn't, do you think she would have married me?
Keep in mind this is when I first started dating my girlfriend at the time. What I'm trying to say is us men can play that game to. And we can really mind f#ck them back when they try and hit us were they know it will annoy/hurt us. But like others said, dont ask the question, and if she brings it up or mentions something indirectly, smile, and have a smartass response to counter it. Obviously like others said, she is more than likely BS'ing you. In my case I ended up marrying that girl that I put back in her place when she tried to ego kill. Funny thing is every now and then my wife will say things like. " you like how my tight V@g grips your thick snake?" I know she remembers and thinks about that one response I told her from the beginning.
Keep up the PE bud, dont let those negative remarks from females stop you. Because if your still laying the pipe with that chick, you can already tell she was BS'ing you.
