Progress thread MW1tT68 Routine and progress thread

It’s been a few weeks since I updated my routine and progress log. I’m keeping up doing the newbie stretching routine 5 days a week M-F. Along with the ball and lig stretching. All of the newbie stretches are done bundled with my power assist copper pipe wrapped in gaffer tape. After the stretching routine is done I wear the silisleeve for about 7 hours. When I get home from work I do the 5x5x3 routine in my Mytivac. I pump to 7hg, 8hg and 9hg. Since I started 2 months ago I’ve gained 2.1cm in BPFSL, 1.1cm in FG, 1.8 cm in BPEL and 2.3cm in EG.
Excellent gains my brother, congratz on those, stay consistent and you’ll gain even more.

I had a real good pump session tonight. Great expansion in length and girth. Here’s some after pics.

Well I got my first PE injury. I over did it in the Mytivac bruised my penis pretty bad. So I’m going to take the rest of the week off, no stretching or pumping. I’m just going to use my red light twice a day and wear my silisleeve during the day. Hopefully the bruising will be gone by next week and I can start up again.

5 days should be plenty of rest. Sorry about the injury

I had to take a little more time off than expected. After I healed from the bruising from the Mytivac I tested positive for Covid. I’m still getting over it as it doesn’t take much before I feel fatigue. I did a pump session tonight and it felt good to get some kind of PE work in. On a positive note I did not lose any of my gains. I do think I’m going to change my stretching routine to 3 days on, one day off and repeat as @squirt_inducer_man does.

I hope you recover fast.

You will not lose any gains. I have personally not lost anything either, during my off time now.
3:1 is a good program structure/split.

It's been a couple of weeks since my last update. I fully recovered from Covid and have been back training for 2 weeks. I've changed my routine a bit. I feel I have gotten everything I can out of the newbie routine. So now I'm just doing bundled BTC and bundled downward stretches using a 1" pvc pipe for leverage (as in the broomstick method). I'm doing 3 sets of each and holding each stretch for 45 seconds. I will gradually increase to 60 second holds. I have also cut down on pumping to 1-2 times a week as I want to mainly focus on length. I plan on getting the length master in January and I feel this routine will prepare me for the LM3 work out.

Good to hear! Im sick now with something. I think I either gotten the stomach bug but most signs point to food poisoning. Sick as a dog.
