5 minute heat pad warm up.
8 minute bundled stretches warm up. All directions.
Bundled BTC stretches left, center, right. 30 second hold for each stretch x2.
Bundled downward stretches, left, center, right. Minimum 30 second hold for each stretch x2.
Cranks 15 left, 15 right. After each set.
Bundled center stretches, left, straight out, right. Minimum 30 second hold for each stretch x2.
Cranks 15 left, 15 right. After each set.
Bundled upward stretches, left, center, right. Minimum 30 second hold for each stretch.
Cranks 15 left, 15 right. After each set.
Warm down 5 minutes.
3 hours wearing silisleeve.
10 minutes in Mytivac at 4hg x2. In between sets 200 downward jelqs.
Then siliring for 1 hour.
