Last night’s workout 6/26/23.
5 minute heat pad warm up.
8 minute bundled stretches warm up. All directions.
Bundled BTC stretches left, center, right. 30 second hold for each stretch x2.
Bundled downward stretches, left, center, right. Minimum 30 second hold for each stretch x2.
Cranks 15 left, 15 right. After each set.
Bundled center stretches, left, straight out, right. Minimum 30 second hold for each stretch x2.
Cranks 15 left, 15 right. After each set.
Bundled upward stretches, left, center, right. Minimum 30 second hold for each stretch.
Cranks 15 left, 15 right. After each set.
Warm down 5 minutes.
3 hours wearing silisleeve.
10 minutes in Mytivac at 4hg x2. In between sets 200 downward jelqs.
Then siliring for 1 hour.
 
I haven't posted my routine in a couple of days, but I have been doing it. The morning starts with warm up, newbie stretches (all bundled) with my homemade power assist. I have a copper pipe wrapped in gaffer tape, similar to @squirt_inducer_man broomstick. I do 2 sets in the morning then warm down. After the morning workout I wear the slilsleeve most of the day. When I get home from work I do the same routine as in the morning except only 1 set, for a total of 3 sets in the day. About an hour before bed, I'll do 2 10 minute pump sessions with a 10 minute break between sets with the Mytivac at 4.5hg. During the break I do 200 downward jelqs for the 10 minutes. I'll be starting the 5x5x3 on Saturday the first of July.

Before I started I took my measurements. Those are in post #1. I told myself I wasn't going to measure again for 90 days but my curiosity got the better of me. Today I only measured my BPFSL. My initial measurement was 11.5cm and now I am at 13cm BPFSL. I am still not planning on taking any other measurements until September. But now I know my hard work is paying off and I'm making gains. Middle left, right and center. Upward left, right and center. All stretches are bundled. I do 2 sets with 15 cranks left and 15 cranks right in between stretching angles. 5 minute warm down with heating pad. Then wear silisleeve for 5 hours.
My evening workout is the same as the morning except only one set and wear the silisleeve for 2 hours. After that I get into my Mytivac and do hard core stretches up, center and down, left, center and right for 3 sets. I hold each stretch for 30 seconds. I completely release the pressure after each set and rest for about a minute. Then back into the silisleeve until I go to sleep.

I changed my evening routine up tonight. I went straight into the Mytivac and did the hard core stretches directly after the manual stretches. I did not do a heating pad warm down after either exercise. I actually forgot about it. @DLD, at what point should I do the warm down, if at all? In between the manual stretches and Mytivac, or just after the Mytivac session?
 
I took Saturday and Sunday off from stretching. I did do a 5x5x2 on Saturday. I didn’t have enough time to do 3 sets. On Sunday I did the full 5x5x3 with incorporating the hard core stretches. Those feel amazing and I love how my dick looks afterwards.

I did my normal routine this morning. Warm up with heating pad, warm up bundled stretches. Ball and lig stretches. Then 2 sets of the newbie stretches bundled and warm down.
My evening stretching routine is the same as the morning one except just 1set of the newbie stretches. Afterwards I got into the Mytivac for hard core stretching. I did 3 sets. The first set was at 5hg pulled to 6hg. The 2nd set was at 6hg pulled to 7hg. The 3rd set was at 5hg pulled to 6hg. For the 3rd set I did not use the comfort sleeve and went directly into the tube. That was pretty intense. I will not be using the sleeve anymore.

Sounds good but I would suggest the 5x5x3 for at least 3 days a week if you are trying to gain girth
 
I would think just the ring should suffice since that will keep you in an expanded/elongated state as long as you're wearing it.

I've noticed that, wearing the cock ring for up to 3 hours helps the expansion to last longer. I only did it about 3 times in the past. My expansion lasted till the following day afternoon.
 
How precisely are you doing the hardcore stretches? Are you pulling on the pump throughout the whole 5 mins of each pumping set?

That's a lot of work. But it will pay off in the end.

@huge-girth I measured my erect girth prior to my session tonight and it is at 13cm. I should have measured my flaccid girth. The last time I measured my flaccid girth it was 12.4cm. When I measured after tonight's session it at 13.5cm. So right now I'm getting a little more than 1cm in temporary gains from the 5x5x3. Is this average, below average or above average?

Let's make it a half inch of expansion. At what hg are you pumping at? You need to be doing kegels throughout each pumping session. You need to watch adult entertainment while pumping as well. I hope you took 25mg of Viagra 30 minutes before starting your pumping session?

I’m pumping at 5hg. I’m trying to do reverse kegals while In the tube. I don’t watch adult entertainment as I have an unhealthy addiction to it. I take 5mg of cialis daily.

Start your first pumping set at 5hg. The second one should go to 7hg. And the last should be around 8hg. You don't do reverse kegel when pumping. Do normal kegels and do it throughout the pumping sets.

You need adult entertainment to stay erect inside the pump. The more erect you are inside the pump, the bigger your expansion would be.

I never had that problem when I would use my pump. If I went in with an erection, it would stay as long as I had the pump pressurized regardless of whether I was aroused or not. Is that not how it normally goes?

With air-pumping. I have the same experience as you. It's really easy to keep my erection extremely hard when I'm in the pump and when I'm doing SSJ's outside of the pump (I have a cheep air pump, just to try out the concept with air-pumping). But I watched adult entertainment during.

But when I use a Bathmate pump with water it's another experience. It's much harder to keep my erection during the session even with adult entertainment.

It's good you can do without adult entertainment. adult entertainment is not good for us, in the sense that it warps our reality of ourselves and other people. When I watch adult entertainment my view of a woman change. I start to see them as objects. A completely different perspective from how I treat women in my life.

adult entertainment is also a big catalyst for developing penis dimorphic disorder. In adult entertainment they are using techniques to make the men appear bigger then they are. We need to be aware of this fact, if we decide to watch it.

If we abuse it. It's not good.

As long as you can maintain sufficient EQ while doing your girth routine then I don't see any reason you should need supplementary material.

If you enter the pump erect, the pump pressure will maintain the erection. But you need to kegel throughout the pumping set to boost the erection.

I pump in the evening doing the 5x5x3 on M,T,W,F and Sat. Afterwards I wear the siliring for a couple of hours. I take Thursday and Sunday off. I haven’t measured lately. I don’t plan on measuring for a couple of more weeks. But my flaccid and erections look and feel larger from when I started on June 10th.
