Goal = Enhance middle aged EQ and primarily add girth up to 6" for now. A 7x6" dick vs. 6x4.5" starting dick would be a win.
Lifestyle change Pre PE: Get off your ass
Lost 35lbs in 90 days via diet cutting out soda, processed foods, fast food, sugars, all seed oils etc. (still drink light beer moderately)
EDIT- Careful with too aggressive weight loss as it is reported losing weight too fast can impact testosterone and libdo. This happened to me. Similar for some with high protein low carb diets. A balanced diet eating healthy foods and regular exercise is best for the endocrine system and hormone levels.
Supplements for workouts, blood flow, and boost testosterone: L-Arginine, L-Citrulline, Niacin, Fadogia Agrestis, Tongkat Ali
Free weights chest, arms, back, legs - rotate every day
Elliptical cardio 4-5 days a week
Post PE:
Continue workouts
No underwear, loose pants
Stand 80% at work, no more ball crushing chair sitting
PE Program:
Everyday some intensity of plan below based on level of penis fatigue:
Warm up
Ball & lig stretches
Manual stretches
Kegels
Reverse Kegels
Shower warmup
5x5x3 program @5-7inHG followed with 60 mins of 5 min restrictions with C ring
Then SiliSleeve stretch all day til bed
Lower body stretches focused on pelvic floor muscles
Non PE swole measurements:

BPEL = 6.00
EG = 4.5
Today, Day 5
BPFSL = 6.45
BPEL = 6.25
EG = 5.2
Integrating MOS red IR warm up/down starting today. Lengthmaster 3 is on standby for a future plateau.
