Lost 35lbs in 90 days via diet cutting out soda, processed foods, fast food, sugars, all seed oils etc. (still drink light beer moderately)

Ball & lig stretches
Manual stretches
Kegels
Reverse Kegels

5x5x3 program @5-7inHG followed with 60 mins of 5 min restrictions with C ring
Then SiliSleeve stretch all day til bed
Lower body stretches focused on pelvic floor muscles

Great to aim in getting rid of refine sugars. But your body will crave for sugars at time. Add a series of complex carbs into your dietary intake and that will curb the carb and sweet needs. But do becareful about tossing 35lbs in 90 days. Fast weight lost can also cause the body to go into distress mode. Those distresses translate to pulling the resources from your PE and diverted elsewhere. Try to play the balance game during PE.

Great combo. Cardio burns sugar, but it also causes more sugar to build up. Put more of the cardio into resistance training instead. I cycle, but 80% of my cycling is all about resistance, while 20% is moderate cardio. The important thing about a human body is muscle building, while just enough cardio to keep the heart primed for supporting blood pressure and flow. Too much stress on the heart is never good, and proven never to be good. Those who pursue cardio for weight lost ended up with more weight gains. My wife is a great example of cardio queen, weight crash, and weight gain like a freaking yoyo. I hate her keto craps by the way. Don't go down that rabbit hole of a death trap. She knows it, but she got trapped by its popular fad because of the internet influencers. The funny thing is, those influencers also pointed out that they suffered the same fate of dieting yoyos.

Looks like you go your routines rolling. Make sure to ease into your routines first. Don't ramp up the pumping from 5 to 7inHg yet. Ease up 0.5inHg every 2 to 3 weeks. Once you hit the 5inHg, it's an open door for growth. Climing the pressure too high and too fast, you'll hit an expansion wall because of your tissues attempt to compensate for rapid development. That in terms will cause your tunica to toughen up as well.

Just out of curiousity, are you using anything else beside the SiliStretcher to stress the tissues laterally and longitudinally, such as a the Length Master?

But do be careful about tossing 35lbs in 90 days
The weight is already gone and not coming back my Brother. Your thoughts on nutrition are noted and appreciated. I did hit a point where I was craving more food due to heavy workout load and am trying to balance caloric intake to projected daily caloric burn. Now that my metabolism has been kick started I can cheat with some fast food or something occasionally and not see an effect.

I was turbo consuming butter for three months ( 3/4 stick a day maybe?) to train my body to release fat reserves. Which this seems to have worked well but might have been at the detriment of my blood pressure and circulatory system. And ultimately part of why I started noting erectile problems. Have since cut out all the butter and replaced it with much more moderate amounts of avocado and olive oils.

Just out of curiousity, are you using anything else beside the SiliStretcher - All Day Penis Vacuum Stretcher and Weight Hanger to stress the tissues laterally and longitudinally

Ball and Lig and manual stretches are all I am doing for now and seems to be working. Then whatever the bathmate does during the 5x5x3 routine. Will head your suggestion to back down on the inHG pressure for the next two weeks.

One question I have after this 1st week is with the SSJ during 5x5x3 routine. I have trouble getting a good OK grip at the base and am mostly smashing the top half of the penis shaft. Do you see any problems using a cock ring under the base OK grip to get a better choke going on during SSJ?

Glad you've lost the weight and gain control of the metabolic rate. Once you're there, don't do cheat days. Don't worry about caloric counting. Maintain your workout routines, but don't kill yourself with the caloric loading either. Simply eat healthy, and do weight resistence training to upkeep the muscle mass. Cheat-eating will only hurt you. Eat when your body needs it. Supply what it wants without excessive eating. If it needs sugar, eat complex sugars (raw and unrefined sugars, honey, and sugar that don't bring up your triglicerides). Never ever use nutrasweets. Better to have unhealthy calories than deadly bioaccumulative poison in your system. If the body needs meats, eat fresh meats in moderation.

Yeah, this is keto. Ketosis can and will hurt you. Some people are lucky not to suffer too drastically through ketosis, but in the long run, it destroys you. A few acquaintances of mine has been on keto for the past 15 years. Let's say they look great with their shapes, but their healths are abysmal.

Good choices. Don't go too high with BathMate. Make sure to have a gauge modded for the BathMate when you can. If you already did, awesome.

You can indeed use a cock ring. Make sure the cock ring doesn't constrict the blood flow. Constriction means total halting the blood flow in and out of the penis. A cock ring that can restrict up to 80% of the blood flow is perfectly fine. 90% restriction is the upper limit. I use it too to assist with my SSJ most of the time.

Day 11

Will take all the easy beginner gains I can. Took a couple days off, one due to a small pinch cut after messing with the sillisleeve, and other day due to other obligations.

BPFSL is 6.875" after morning Ball/Lig, bundled and manual stretches.

Below measurements are during edging just after a 5x5x3 session. Morning wood was not measured and is smaller. Still a considerable change from the start.

BPEL = 6.50
EG = 5.625
