More with days off vs less everyday

I’ve always believed in training every day with absolutely no days off. This works very well for me as I am a creature of habit. If I took days off I would end up quitting, from the beginning it’s been important for me to be involved every single day.

I think the days off should be not completely off.

For example: what you did the 5 days do that 50% in your days off.

If you jelq 300 times a day in the 5 days and extender 5 hours and stretched for 30min

Jelq 150. extend 2,5. and stretch 15min.
