yeah let's get back in the game

i had to take about a month off especially after 4 months straight of hardcore pumping and to heal some minor injuries

time to get the ball rolling

Very normal, all pelvic floor muscles will be included in a kegel or reverse kegel. When we push doing a Reverse Kegel you will feel it in your lower abs, your glutes and your penile base.
 
I am sorry my Brothers, LIGHTNING is very sick and just got out of the hospital. I was unaware of this as I have too been sick. I will try to take care of as much pos this as I can in case He is not back soon.

I'm curious to know what your gains are during your 4 months of training girth
 
Yes sorry guys, I was in the ER and have serious fluid build up thats suppose to get drained tomorrow.

Life to me is one, big 'Meritocracy'...the more effort/enthusiasm I put into it, the more I seem to reap. Those that sit-around and expect things, miss-out on the wonders of the experience getting it (plus the intrinsic value of actually working hard for something you want).

I was raised with an understanding that you worked hard for what you wanted or needed and my kids are being raised the same way. Can you imagine what the world would look like if everyone embraced the idea of what you said
 
I was taught from the start to pay my part! I had to work for everything. At 10 years old I was mowing lawns, delivering papers and shoveling snow! I learned that if I wanted something bad enough I would work hard enough to get it! No hand outs! I never asked anyone for a handout! What I have today, which is not much but very valuable to me, I worked my butt off for. The Brotherhood is something I wanted more than anything and low and behold, with some hard work, it happened!

i gained about .4 each in both length and girth.

now i'm back using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] with slightly different techniques because if previous minor injuries, but after this month of almost no PE i've lost that length gain but girth remains in tact

Going by your last measurement which is on your signature, your girth used to be 6.2 inches. I guess with the additional .4, you are almost at 7 inches girth now. Congratulations.

thank u brother. last i measured not long ago i was in the 6.4-6.5 range. i should also note my girth and length fluctuates slightly depending on diet, body temperature and condition. there have been times where i was 7.1 length and other times 6.5. i would say the hotter the climate the higher the numbers, so when summer comes around that's when i'm hitting record numbers

You are right. My length measurement also fluctuates depending on the weather. You will get the best measurement when it is hot.

Always measure in a warm state. The cold will always cause retraction. When measuring the environment should be identical in every case, temperature, ruler, where you measure from, etc. If the environment changes so will the measurements.
