I wear mine no more than 20-30 minutes after having erection. Take it off, massage the penis. Maybe do a few more light Jelqs then back to and put it back on. I only do about 2 of these sessions then into my Silisleeve for the day for ADS

The MOS @DLD Silisleeve is a good choice. You can modify this for your length. I needed to put mine over a bottle to stretch out a bit. I got my size and get about a 70% erection and ensure that I have enough of the head of glans and just below that to stay out to secure the sleeve. This helps to “train” your penis to not turtle and stay elongated in the flaccid state. My penis has indeed increased in the flaccid state. I’ll post a pic here:

I think you get to much notifications, I think that is the reason you miss some. I have also missed some notifications due to this.

I have set it up so I get all my notifications into my phones main notification area. My phone is secured, only I have access to it. You can edit how you want the notifications to show up in your phone as well. So you don't get all the likes to your notification area in the phone, but only get them to your bell tab when you are at MOS.
