MitySleev design change?

Hey guys, curious, was the design for the mitysleev changed? There are two different versions shown on the shop page:

If I attach that to the BM, when I insert is that portion sticking out in the center supposed to push into the BM?

Yes, it adds extra seal and restriction

Should fit, I believe the Bathmate X40 has the same size diameter.

They stretch over every pump. Above is the Bathmate WideBoy in the picture. The new versions are a heavier design for more security.
