Starting a progress and routine thread for both personal and brotherly accountability. I intend to post every day and document my success and challenges along the way to 8"EL x 6"EG.
Also hopeful my journey will help and inspire others!
This will be a long post to summarize 8+ months of PE and future posts will be much more concise.
Where I started:

June 19, 2023 Bathmate HydroMax 7 delivered
-Goal to have stronger erections and increased stamina, didnt have defined growth goals.
-Used almost daily in shower/bath with little to no rest days.
-Followed Bathmate directions of entering flaccid for 5 minutes and then massaging x 3 times. Sometimes I did more time and more reps depending on how I was feeling.
-couple of months in?...Started doing manual stretching at night before bed. 30 seconds straight up, 30 seconds straight down, 30 seconds to left and right.
December 2023
Discovered MOS and began reading through newbie manual stretching routine and SRT. Learned about bone pressed measuring.
6 1/2" BPEL x 4 3/8" EG
-Set my morning alarm an hour earlier for 5a.m.
-Followed DLDs Newbie routine with manual hand stretching every morning after warmup in shower.
-30 second sets x 3 in multiple directions and BTC.
-Kegel as much as I can after and throughout the day
-Jelqing at end of day for 10-15 minutes before bed with vaseline (not consistent tho)
-Cut back pumping to 3 days/week cause EQ starting to suffer a little. Make sure I go in to pump erect.
-Began 5x5x3 Girth pumping plan and added SSJs instead of just massaging between pump sets
-Wearing restriction ring after pumping for 1-2 hours

Silistretcher ADS delivered
6 5/8" BPEL x 4 1/2" EG
-No wearing underwear, let it all hang!
-Continue DLDs Newbie routine with manual hand stretching every morning after warmup in shower for a couple weeks. Ball and lig stretching for 3-5 minutes in shower.
-Modified 30 second sets x 3 in multiple directions and BTC to get more intensity to bundled 1-1.5 minute holds in all directions and BTC. Went from 3 sets to 2 sets. First is bundled twist to left and second is bundled twist to right.
-Kegel as much as I can after, no less than 50 x 2 second holds
-In to Silistretcher for the day, normally not later than 6:30 a.m. and before pants go on. Start with down to left and alternate to right after a few hours when I use the bathroom. Rotary stretch 1 minute when the stretcher comes off to go pee. Alternate throughout the day every few hours at bathroom break and adjust to feel good stretch but not super intense.
-Sillistretcher comes off between 5-8pm. Use sillisleeve to stay elongated until bed, usually around 10-10:30pm.
Girth Training:
-Jelqing at end of day before bed for 10-15 minutes before bed (still lacking consistency)
-Pumping to max pressure 3 days/week. 10 minute vaseline Jelqing before pumping to get hard and get blood moving. Go in to pump erect and do 5x5x3 Girth pumping plan with SSJs
-Wearing restriction ring after pumping for 1-2 hours.
-Sillisleeve after 4 hours and sometimes silistretcher depending on how much I feel like I am turtling.
