So, today I begin logging my progress using the Malehanger device. You can find my other post asking about it in the hangers forum here. I won't repeat what I've already posted. Basically, I'm following the program outlined on the malehanger support forum. You can cop it at malehanger.yuku.com I'm starting with 2.5lbs. Hanging one set a day with this weight the first two weeks as the guide says to do. Weeks three and four, I'll up it to 5lbs. Still one set a day. I'm just gonna do what they say to on the support forum and see how it works. I love the sound of just one 20 minute set a day.
