Making bones bigger?

Hey guys,

was wondering if anyone knows a way of thickening bones? Is it possible through weight lifting and/or taking any specific supplements like joint or cartlege rebuilders? Any advice, comments?

well weight lifting in general will make your bones stronger, have you heard of knuckle hardening by the way?

You can make them stronger by lifitng weights and drinking milk and calcium. The process takes a long time and the changes are pretty negligle, but they are stronger. How exactly do you want to make them bigger?

The only way i know of making bones bigger, is a terrible process that short asses go thru in order to get taller. Basically they break the shin bones, move the break a distance apart and let the bone regrow in the middle, they do this several times and can add a few inches aparently.

I'd have to be three foot three to have to go thru that, no wait, i never would.

Mmm, thanks guys, i just have slender bones i geuss. Thin wrists and fingers on so on. Want them fatter.

The more your thin bones are surrounded by muscle the less thin they'll look.

Yeah dude if you just start lifting and gaining muscle mass your bones will adapt to support the muscle. Its not going to be a quick process at all and will take a lot of hard work I'm not going to lie.

Im thinking of getting deep into gym, but its hard to fit it in with my pe schedule. Also do your wrists become thicker with muscle? I dont want huge foreares and tiny thin wrists.

yea ur wrist will build muscle around them....dont worry, the human body balances out just lovely when building muscle

Well I was interested in the same thing, I think possibility might be their.
I know that Hgh produces bone growth, I don't know if were to old for this effect to occur, we could just wind up getting enlarged foreheads, and our hands might not get any longer or thicker, that would really mess things up. Since at the moment I can't enlarge my hands, I work my forearms alot, doing wrist curls for the inside and reverse curls for the outside, sorta makes me look like popeye the sailor man! oh well! If we were to cope Hgh, getting it from a doctor would cost like thousands, if I remember this link for a site outside of the US, it's in Mexico and I remeber seeing Somathroph injectable for relatively cheap, i'll make sure to post so we could get some feedback, but I'm sure I already know the answer which is don't worry about it and not to fuck with such powerfull steriods.
