I had that extreme turtle back when I first started. Scared the shit out of me lol. Couldn’t even work I remember I went home. Fkn nightmare feeling. It felt gone lol

No worries. Just be patient on that front. Your tissues are just transitioning. Some are faster, some are slower. Overall, don't pay attention so much on the tug back rather than blood flow. If your penis is nice and healthy pink, you're good. If it's a color a pale ghost rider, you have to ask, "Errr..lil buddy, you need a shot of vodka?" Keep us posted. Again, wrap, wrap, wrap. Gentle wrap, with a sleeve if possible, to keep that poor guy warm and promote blood flow. Your tissues WILL relax to a more subtle flaccid.
 
Focus strongly on deep tissue massage and the Ball and Lig stretch as these will bring healing so much quicker than not doing them. Rest is also very important but be sure you dont turn a break into a permanent vacation. Set up your routine to something that aslo, if necessary, rest days. Something like 7 on no off, 5 days on two off or you can go with every other day. Be smart and honest when choosing a routine with rest days.

Going light cause I need more rest. How effective are reverse kegal while healing?
You should always do reverse kegels especially when stretching. also keep up with kegels as they greatly important to hard erections.
 
I have a bandage wrap I use which I find to be the best wrapping technique for me. But I fall asleep with it and it’s not a tight wrap but I think it affects my morning wood cause it can’t get full blood to the tip. Should I not wrap it to sleep??

if the wrap is not tight but it does affect your morning woods, simply remove it half way through the night, allowing the blood to flow more in the latter part of the night. It only takes 3 hours to have blood pressure to normalize.
 
Going away for two weeks tomorrow. Gonna keep it wrapped the whole time outside of some dry jelq a few nights. Maybe some light btc. Hopefully I’ll be ready to get back after it!!
Enjoy your time off. I suggest you get in whatever you can so you do not lose any gains. Everytime you go to the bathroom get some stretching in, you can also do jelqs or SlowSquashJelq maybe once a day for 5 minutes, keep it wrapped and you will not lose any temporary growth.
