Not just starting position.
I have done this SPLIT during all this time, while stretching with
LENGTHMASTER 3. There are many ways to
increase the intensity in the stretches:
- Time.
- Stretching force <=> How hard you stretch?
- Time under tension (time for each stretch).
- How much you bundle in each stretch.
- What kind of stretch (BTC-BS is the most powerful).
- The angle you hold the LENGTHMASTER 3 in relation to your glans.

If you play this right,
20 min x 2 times per day (you can incorporate some rest days, to deal with skin soreness), will be all you need for a long time.
