just string and a cloth.
Its very simple, but I think the captains wrench is probably better.
But this design of myn is alright....use it if ya cant be arsed buying the materials needed in the otherone...or maybe you like being very resourcefull.

look at the pictures I have posted in the link.
I wouldnt post a worthless design...but its not aimed at guys like you who have many gadgets....vets...its for the newbie, the student who has no money, or even people who are poor or just wont buy one.

It works fine, but extra padding, like a sock MUST be used when over 10lb's is hung, otherwise it will slip.
