Lengthmaster routine

Hi I’m looking for advice on curve correction using the length master . Could anyone advise on a routine to get started with ? I have a left curve that I would like to correct as quickly and efficiently as possible . Thankyou look forward to hearing from you guys 🍆.

You want to stretch the shorter side more than the longer side. In a 20 minutes session, spend 12 minutes on the shorter side and the remaining 8 minutes on the longer side. This should even out the curve with time.

Don't look for instant changes. Give it up to 6 months. Any length master routine will do it.

Not to sound dumb but how do I do that ? Just by stretching to the right more than the left is it that simple ?? Thanks
 
Also use a mod done by brother @squirt_inducer_man with a broomstick on top to curl/pull the tissues harder to one side. Look at his routine and progress media album for that mod.

Pro tip. Make the broomstick long, so you have two handlebars as well.

When you do this add-on, you will be able to stretch much harder, and bundle more intensely => Faster gains.
