Hello guys, I have been doing the newbie section routine for the past month for both girth and length hands only. I started of at 13cm length 5.2inch and girth 5inch. After training for a month happy with some solid girth size now 5.5inch but the length only 13.2cm so it is being more stubborn. I’ve just started using silisleev5 for after exercises so see how that goes. I’ve also got the fat tire set. I’ve got some spare cash and now ordering the silirings and silisleev2 just to try. However I want to focus on length. I’ve got enough to buy one length assisting item. Which is better the length master 3 penis bundle stretcher and weight hanging or the size doctor- penis vacuum traction extender?
For now should I change up my hand routine?

Length Master is the first go to out of the two devices. The LM3 allows you to break the tissues down faster and more efficient without the excessively long hours. You can use the cheaper ACE bandage to keep the penile shaft elongated for the rest of the day.

For now should I change up my hand routine?

Yes. Time to increase the intensity in anticipating the incoming LM3 device.

Thanks brother just glad a site like this exists with like minded members. Nice well the LM3 device it is. I’ll have a look at some of the more intense length extending forums and videos. I’ve done a fair amount of the girthing exercises and the head is a bit bruised/discoloured thinking I should give the girth exercises a rest for a few days but it should be still fine for the length stretches.

For girth exercises, the reason why we bruise, just like using the LM3, is due to the trapped blood in the glans for too long (more than 5 minutes at a time) at too high of a pressure). Pumping will always cause blood to stagnate at the glans, but using the SSJ exercise will circulate the blood out of the glans and in between the skin layers to the veins and back to the lymphatic nodes. That minimize any dark coloring of the skin.

For the LM3, you need to squeeze as much out of the glans as possible before the very high traction load pulls. This minimize any chance of bruising, blistering, and issues related to the glans at high traction loads. We have many wrapping videos and how-to videos and articles on LM3 for every brother type.

Great thank you for all the info reading over some of the forums which will take time with all the info. The last week I’ve been trying the silisleev5 but have to take it off after an hour. While wearing it feels tight which is normal but the knob is a bit cold and can’t pee freely. I’m ordering the Silisleev2 and the Theraband but I’m in Australia so it will take a while. I’m not sure why SL5 is doing that whether it’s juts to tight. I’ve looked at videos and putting it on like suggested just with out any wraps before.
