Length gains from 5x5x3 w/ Bathmate alone?

I am mostly focused on gaining girth but my interest for gaining length is increasing. I was thinking it would be nice to be around 7.75-8 NBEL. I am currently around 7 NBEL | 7.5 BPEL. My short term girth goal is 5.5 EG and long term goal a bit over 6 EG. I am currently 5 EG (fluctuates). Since I am mainly focused on girth I decided to only do 5x5x3 with the Bathmate in the evenings. I was wondering if length gains will be come naturally with this routine? If so, what length gains could I expect if I do achieve my goal short term goal of 5.5 EG and my long term goal of over 6 EG?

In addition to my above questions, I have a LengthMaster and was considering doing length work in the morning and girth sessions in the evening but I am worried that wrapping my penis (to keep in stretched state) after a length session will affect my girth gains because it is reducing the girth for a long period of time. Is combined method good for gaining length with a focus primarily on girth or should I just do 5x5x3 with the Bathmate and length will also come?

First part to the series of questions, since you are using the BM, you're going to get girth. BM is high expansion because of the volume it has. Under 5x5x3 approach, everything will be dedicated to girth. The maximum gains you may get out of the 5x5x3 is maybe 10% on length. That's being very hopeful. Commonly, around 2% to 3% because of the pulling you have to do during the routine.

The only way to get length using the pump is a cylinder that is huging your penis with a smaller diameter. The only way the penis can expand it outwards under pressure. If you ask the brothers here, what tools and method they prefer in using for length, most of them will point you to tools that focus only on length, such as the Length Master, and exercises meant for length. You can incorporate 10 minutes of length routine to your 5x5x3, and then wrap the penis up for elongation afterwards. That wil help with length while focusing on girth.

As the skin expands and the tissues and ligaments engage, you may see a decrease in length when you're focusing mainly on girth. You tend to see a loss of 5% to 8% of the length. If you're focusing on length, you may see a loss of 2% to 4% on girth. Most of the time, you won't see any. It's more on the length because of the penile structure reinforcement by the body to prevent sudden damage.

If that's the case, use the Length Master first for 10 to 15 minutes, make sure to keep the tissues nice and warm with heat compress during the your stretching, follows by the 5x5x3 routine. This will optimize both girth (you're chasing mainly) and maintain and increase your overall length. After a 40 to 60 minutes of girth post-routine, wrap the penis up for elongation growth. This will promote length growth while you're chasing after girth.

Thanks for the awesome reply. This is very helpful! I am pursuing a dual method, both girth and length but I would like to gain girth as fast as I can (I do understand it takes a lot of time). It makes a lot of sense what you said. I did sometimes notice a little reduction in length after a girth session.

I just have one question about what you said here:

From my understanding after a 5x5x3 session we should keep the penis expanded in girth with a cock ring for around an hour or so afterwards to really lock in the gains. If I wrap for length instead here, wouldn't this diminish gains in girth in relation to time? I want to gain girth as fast as I can.

Yes, that's correct. Post penile expansion routine for an hour is essential. Some PE journeymen highly suggests not to do so, but that's far from the truth, especially those who studied and practice medical profession. In a biological approach, there's a repair, replace, and reprogram period that the body must engage after each trauma. The trauma is the PE routines. This is how the body works and learns. When you wear a cock ring that is not tight or loose, but just enough to hold the blood volume that enters into the penis during a quick erection, the resource from the blood coming from the main body is dropped off into the penis. Unfortunately, the erection and flaccid state tend to be very fast. The blood that enters into the penis only stay there for a good 20 to 30 seconds before it leaves the penis. That's not enough time to deliver oxygen, hormones, and nutrients for the cells to use. We slow it way down by using a cock ring or a restrictive device, like a band or tape. It's just enought to slow the blood from going out through the veins for 5 minutes. During that time, oxygen, nutrients, and hormones are dropped off into the penis and the far reaches of the tissues through the capillaries before leaving through the veins. We don't want the blood to stay more than 5 minutes, at most 10 minutes before the blood cells lack oxygen and turn colors. After the pumping and post pumping routine, the expansion already taken place. The repair to the tissues is already there. When you wrap, you're forcing the penis to become longer and stretchier because of the tissue expansion during the 5x5x3. Best comparison is a long balloon. You blow it up, stretch it bit by bit, when it deflates, the expansion and length are there. To keep the length just as long after you deflate, you keep the balloon stretched. Next time you blow it up, the length will shorten a bit, but the expansion will remain like last time. The see-saw effects of girth and length.

So, there's no loss of girth. Length converts to girth as well since the healing and new cells are being filled up when you keep the penis wrapped up. The length wrapping helps to add more cells to the void gaps so new cells can be added to make the expansion easier, and it does help to make your penis become longer in the process. This is why wrapping or keeping elongated is critical.
