Anyone have any experience with the legal highs you can buy online? I've been smoking this weed substitute called "Spice" through a bong which does give me similar effects to the real thing. I seem to get a quick acting 'drunk' feeling, sort of really laid back and the world around me seems 'slow'.

I'm thinking of buying something called "Salvia Extract" as is meant to have pyschadelic properties involving out of body experiences, shapes morphing around you, vivid colours, other dimensional shit and general trippiness.

Yeah I've heard of Shisha, my hall mates smoked it once a few months ago, however I didn't try any.

Wormwood, Its what they use to make absinthe. Basically If you can find it, or if you want to order it online line, then get some, preferably the leaves. Then you want to grind up the leaves (about an oz worth) then soak the ground up leaves in as pure of vodka as you can find for about a day, shaking or stirring occasionally. Then strain out the ground up wormwood and throw it away keeping the liquid. Then just evaporate the vodka using a frying pan on low heat and you should get about 2 grams worth of pure thujone (the chemical that makes absinthe what it is). You'll have to scrape it off and then you should be able to roll it into lil balls and smoke em. I've only ever done the hole gram butt i think half a gram would be enough for lotsa fun.

Shisha is just flavored tobacco, don't expect to trip off of it. Salvia extract is really mind-blowing the first time but the effect doesn't last that long and I don't think it would be that fun to do regularly. Nitrous oxide (legal but controlled) is also good for a quick laugh.

I think the best legal high is from naturally elevating your heart rate through exercise. Get on a rowing machine and go until you just about pass out - great "body high" for the rest of the day and adds a few hours onto your life!

I haven't really gotten into it yet but I imagine a good Penis Enlargement session will get you pretty high too.

Unforunitely they don't ship "Spice" to the US so I can't try any. I probably wouldn't buy that shit anyway, $45 for 1/8 ounce? Fuck, I can get the chronic for $60 and 1/8. Seems like a rip off to me. It'd be cool if someone determined the makeup of "Spice".

As for legal highs, salvia is definitely the most psychedelic thing out there that is readily available. Everyone I know who has done LSD and broken through on salvia has said salvia is much stronger by a long shot, while only lasting about 10 minutes. I have done salvia and it really is a whole other "plant" consciousness reality. Most people who use it really shouldn't be using it, it's a VERY SERIOUS experience. This is why I've seen so many people who have had bad trips. Don't do it for fun, it WILL eat you alive and can leave you psychologically impared for quite a long time. A friend of mine was doing it for fun, he was tripping, and a friend of his fucked with him while he was tripping. He said at the time he was "traversing through alternate realities like pages in a book" and when the friend started messing with him he was accidentally pulled into the wrong parallel universe. He realizes that it's a hallucination, but he still can't fully convince his brain that it was "fake", because it's such an intense, real experience.

I have smoked wild dagga (leonotis leonurus) as well. After 2.5 bowls from my bong I had a weird type of high. I had tunnel vision and my body was quite stoned. Things had opposite feeling, like when I touched something hot, it was cold, and when I touched cold, it felt hot. This was quite odd. I also had the "weed paranoia" when I was high on wild dagga. I almost freaked out in public a few times. When I drank it as a tea it was very relaxing to the body and made sleep a breeze. This stuff is almost as harsh as tobacco though, so keep that in mind.

Well I found the ingredients for Spice Gold:

Baybean, Blue Lotus, Lion's Tail, Lousewort, Indian Warrior, Dwarf Scullcap, Maconha Brava, Pink Lotus, MarsHydromaxallow, Red Clover, Rose, Siberian Motherwort, Vanilla and Honey.

Funny how Lion's Tail (leonotis leonurus) is in there. You could probably buy these products dirt cheap wholesale. The thing that I'd like to know is the quantity per gram of the solid product.

This is what I'd do if I wanted to get 'high'. It makes you feel good and you can turn it off whenever you want to.
