When I do lazy asses lately I get this sick feeling in my gut. It fells like I'm gonna shit myself. Has this ever happened to anyone else?

This discomfort comes from your testicles and scrotum. Be sure to do a bit of testicle massage prior to the exercise to insure your scrotum is completely relaxed. Also be sure to pull your scrotum forward so that you are not sitting on it.
