Perfectionist! I was, at a time. It takes effort to learn away from that way. In my mind I try to fade away the word "perfection" and think that there's always a step forward. This keeps the momemtum going on, for me at least.
Studying comes first, getting your life set "right", career and financial wise is smart. But one can implement PE to everyday life. It can be just some Kegels and Testicle Health Massage at certain days to keep the blood flow optimal.
In one hour it's possible to do quite a lot, from my point of view. The more time you can invest, the better. But pay mind to active and passive training. You could do a heavy set and then what? If you don't heal while elongated, your gaining rate will be slower. But I am glad you're thinking about this on a longer time span, that is a very good sign!
Anyway, I'm not great at making routine plans, but do check the newbie routine and SRT. You can combine things but remember to take it "slow" in the beginning. You can always add intensity later on. (I'm sure another Brother can help with a good routine plan, that's how it is here at MoS.

Regarding your pictures, the vein does seem a bit "swollen". For safety I'd visit a doctor and get a professional opinion. Could be nothing.

It can be beneficial for other uses as well, not just for thrombosis. Essential oils can be very powerful, so measuring and diluting is important. In the recipe Virgin Olive Oil is used, but it could be substituted with Grape Seed Oil, jojoba ... One could be so bold and use Black Seed Oil as the base oil. I personally like Grape seed oil.
