Okay what are your thoughts on this? Should a victim's sexual history be allowed to be presented? I say yes.

And all I got say is, supposedly this chick fucked some guy within 2 days before, then got raped, then fucked another guy within 15 hours afterwards. And was wearing the same underwear this whole time or some shit? WTF?

For the record, I hate rape and if anyone I knew was raped, I would probably disregard my own love for the rule of law and go vigilante after the rapist Charles Bronson Death Wish-style.

But I think some laws are just ridiculous, especially when someone could be sent to jail for life and isnt even allowed to present a defense.

I also think our Vagina Monologues/Femi-nazi influenced culture is demonizing the normal sexual health and activity of males. Its getting to the point where, as a healthy straight male I have a reasonable fear of the possibility that at some time in my life I could be accused of rape, even if I dont do anything wrong. And I dont even put myself in those situations. And the most I've ever done is made out with somebody when I was drunk ( I have had sex, but only in relationships).

Okay, all I have to say at this time. I expect the normal split in praise of vs. attacking what I have just said. Just looking for opinions.

This government is fucking up alot of things in this country. They're taking away more and more of our right's. It's funny people still call us a democracy...Ha, Barely. I'm moving somewhere else... I really don't want my kids to grow up in a country that keep's going down hill and heading where I believe it's heading... And it's more than just the rape shield law...

I'm thinking somewhere in Europe, Canada, etc. If this crap doesn't stop real soon.

I'm not trying to be un-patriotic or anything... I love the people in this country and what it used to stand for, but our government is what is fucked up.
