Kegels causing semen to leak out during a trip to the bathroom

Hello everybody, these last few months I have noticed that anytime I do kegels (reverse or regular), if I were to have a bowel movement, semen would leak out of my dick and leave my balls feeling achy. I don't have insurance at the moment so going to the doctor is out of the question, and I was wondering if anybody has had this type of thing happen to them or maybe have some remedies I could try.

Just last year whenever I did kegels they would give me rock hard erections when I needed them, now they don't seem to do much and give me this problem. I would really love to have my benefits back.

I found the solution! It’s stretching, mostly hip and pelvic stretches (the happy baby pose was my saving grace) I guess my PC & BC muscles were too tight and short which probably applied pressure to my prostate which caused semen to be forced out of me.

Stretching lengthens your muscles and makes them more elastic, so if you’re having this problem make sure you add some stretches to your routine!

I’m now able to kegel to my hearts content

That’s awesome, all good things come to those who wait, I’m so glad that your heart is content. I also want to shed light on the point that the body can be used in many ways to help aid and stretching.

Glad you were able to solve the problem. I'm bumping the thread just in case there is anyone out there who might be having a similar problem. They should know that, stretching is going to fix it.
