Well, you shouldn't be holding your breath when you kegel The easiest way to explain to you how to kegel is: the next time that you take a pee--cut off your stream in mid-pee. By doing this you just located the muscle you will be exercising.
Start off with 1 second holds of this muscle and do several 'sets' per day. I, personally, do sets of 25 working up to 1000+ per day.
