Been feeling quite sore with this 3/day routine. Wondering if I should keep pushing through the soreness (since it's not pain). Also any tips to ensure I keep my penis healthy and avoid injury?
I just ordered a pump that will be coming in the next few weeks. Any suggestions as to how I should incorporate it into my routine?

The pump that I have coming in does not have a a pressure gauge.. Any recommendations/resources for how to pump safely without a gauge? I'll be upgrading soon, but I still want to try this one out for a few months

So go with that right now and when doing the 5×5×3 go for the most intensity and vacuum you can get out of this pump. In the future there are two pumps that I suggest when you can afford it and I’ll leave the links below.

Just updating the girth part of my routine for reference. Although I'm focusing on length, I figured I should also start to incorporate some girth work, and will get some residual length gains from that anyway!
Every 2 days:
4 sets consisting of 5 minutes of Cyclic Pumping (30 seconds on, 20 seconds off), then 5 minutes of SSJ.
Every day:
Bundled stretch to stretch tunica. Then 5 minutes of SSJ, and 300 slow strong jelqs. After girth I put on a cock ring until bedtime.
Been doing this for the past few weeks and seem to be responding well. Any suggestions are welcome!

I'm just wondering if anyone can help me with a question I have. My priority is definitely length gains currently, buy I also don't want to neglect girth. The issue is that I see to be gaining girth much faster than I gain length. I'm wondering if there is a tradeoff of maximum length gaining potential by doing girth work early in my PE journey? In other words, is it better to hold off on doing girth work for now to make sure I don't limit the amount of length I can gain?

I made small gains in the past but now I want to rededicate myself again. Been a while but I'm back and have purchased a SS2 to get passive stretching results. Crazy busy with work, but since I'm working from home I have no excuse to at least do the newbie stretching routine in the morning, and then use the SS2 for about 4-6 hours during the day. So far the plan is to focus on that for at least 3 months until I measure again. Will be back with an update!

Pretty new to wearing an ADS so will adjust times accordingly, but so far 45 mins in each of these positions has been comfortable. I'll sometimes massage my penis for a few mins in between switching positions. I've found the key is to reapply powder quite often or as needed.
Adding on to this routine. Finally got a good pump with an automatic valve that keeps constant pressure, which I'm loving. I've been using it at night after all my length work, doing 5x5x3, and my flaccid hang has improved so much. Looking forward to measuring but forcing myself to hold off for now
Took my SiliStretcher off today after my last set and I have a decently sized blister with fluid on the tip of my glans... any advice on how to deal with this?
Okay thanks so much. I was at about 6 hours in I think. I think where I went wrong was not reapplying powder. It was quite warm so I think moisture accumulated and caused pressure/rubbing. I have bacitracin and zinc oxide lotion. So I should be able to take care of it. Going to take it easy until I'm completely healed. Was thinking of trying to get expressive stretches in maybe, but want to be careful.
Thanks for all the help! Have been following your advice, and also using castor oil to protect/hydrate the skin. The blister maybe has a few more days before it’s totally gone.
Any guidance on how to wrap the glans before using the SS all day?
Just coming in to update my log with the latest modification to my routine. For all my sets inside the pump during 5x5x3, I now do hardcore stretches the whole time. I alternate between straight out to the middle, straight out to the right, straight out to the left, straight down, down to the left, and down to the right every 30 seconds. And wow, the stretch and expansion after that session has been crazy!
Just upgraded my pumping setup with the MityVac! I'm just wondering what pressure I should be going at when doing the 5x5x5 with this pump?

Wanted to capture my first real update. I was inconsistent at the start and had to deal with moving and starting a new job, so I had lost my initial gains. When I started back up on March 21st 2021 my measurements were:
BPFSL: 6.75
NBPEL: 5.5
EG: 5
From then until now, after having a dedicated routine for only a few months my stats are:
BPFSL: 7.25
NBPEL: 6
EG: 5.25
Nothing too crazy, but definitely happy with the progress so far and excited to see where I'm at when the 6 month mark comes along.
@DLD My silistretcher broke and I have a new one on the way that (thanks to the awesome customer support team!). I was wondering what I should do instead of using the ADS all day to make sure I'm still making progress?
