Progress thread Keeping myself accountable!

A couple weeks in now, and following the newbie routine. I do it every morning, then use my new silisleev for roughly 6-8 hours to recover in an extended state. I'm not looking to get anything too expensive in terms of hardware, so I'll stick to this for the time being.

As of now, my goal is to get to 8in BPEL, and 6in EG. Is there a timeframe that I should be looking at in terms or achieving this goal? I'm planning on sharing my progress at least monthly. Please feel free to chime in with any tips, tricks, advice, or anything! I really appreciate how welcoming the community has been so far.

Current:
BPFSL: 6.5in
BPEL: 6.25in
EG: 5in

Goal:
BPEL: 8in
EG: 6in

16 days in. The first 11ish days I was decently sore after my sessions. That seems to be slowly subsiding, but I'm also increasing my jelq reps aswell. Wearing the silisleeves during the day has also been more comfortable than I expected. Looking to get the durosleeves next I think. Any recommendation on how often I should be measuring?

Measure for the Duro sleeve?
 
Measuring for gains, I assume? I'd say 3 months is a safe spot. Don't make a big fuzz about measuring, enjoy the ride and if you're seeing Positive Indicators, just keep on pushing!
 
30 days in. I've been trying to do as many Kegels as possible throughout the day. Up to about 400 a day. Still holding off on measuring
 
Definitely starting to notice improvement in EQ and orgasm strength. My scrotum tends to not hang very low though. I've been doing the testicle massage portion from the newbie routine, but any other advice?

Remember that the scrotum is dynamic. That is, there isn't a "scrotum size" you can achieve that it just maintains at all times. You can increase the potential hang, but if you're in a cold room that scrotum is going to contract to pull the testicles closer to your body so they stay warm. And temperature isn't the only factor, either. Even your emotion will affect it, for instance if you're stressed and/or anticipating danger you'll see some contraction too.

So if you're keeping track of scrotum hang then you'll want to track it at the same time and in the same headspace. I'd check it right after your warmup, when everything is nice and toasty down there!

Balls are funny like that ? Sometimes my sack hangs down to my knees and other times it gets sucked into my body.
 
Even without measuring I'm starting to notice some small gains. Feels good to be improving. Still the only equipment that I have is the silisleev because I can't really afford to upgrade just yet. Is there anything that you guys recommend adding to the newbie routine at this stage to ramp things up? Or should I just stick to what I've been doing?

I would stick with the routine you’re using for now until you measure and see what kind of gains you have made. You never want to change your routine if it’s working
 
I've started to add in doing additional stretches throughout the day by taking bathroom breaks at the office. Incorporating the A-stretch and DLD blasters too. Can't wait to measure at the 3 month mark, I can definitely tell I've made some progress.

Stealth PE is a challenging but exciting thing to practice. Finding all those nooks and crannies to get some work in requires creativity but boy is it fun when we find out how to use every bit of time we have available. I know a few people who only used stealth PE and made their gains as they desired.
 
Over the last few days I've had a decent amount of pain at the bottom of my shaft when stretching straight out or to the right. Any other stretches don't seem to bother me. Maybe I pulled something? Any advice on taking care of this potential injury but not putting gains on hold?

It sounds as though you may have strained your ligament on that side and probably I would take some time off to rest and do some deep tissue massage. I don’t want to see you continue to stretch and exasperate the situation. The pain of a strain should go away over 2 to 3 days so it’s not a lot of time off and when you come back everything will be just fine.
 
But this might also be a case of fatigue Where again a couple days of rest will be the best therapy.

Took yesterday and today off. Just did some stretching in all directions and no more pain!
 
Thanks a ton for the advice. Started full force again yesterday and everything went smoothly. As always, I really appreciate the help.

No problem my brother just keep a really keen eye on yourself and making sure everything goes smooth from this point forward. I’m so happy to see you’re back to work.

Congratulations on making a half inch gain! Your consistency is paying off!
 
Any advice on how to ensure this translates to erect length? Haven't really seen any gains on that end.

Overtime you will cement the gains and they will become permanent. There will always be a difference between your flaccid stretch and your bone stretch, Both grow relatively to each other
 
Been doing my stretching routine (essentially the length portion of the newbie routine) 3 times a day for the last 12 days. I definitely recommend adding those extra sets in as I can tell my penis is starting to respond well to the intensity. Hoping to stay consistent with this for at least the next 2 months when I incorporate girth work on top of my routine. Any suggestions?

it looks really good my brother can you tell me which stretches you’re using? Are they the complete newbie routine stretches? If so you will definitely make great gains. The only thing I can think of to incorporate that would make it more powerful would be using a Lengthmaster instead of your hands to get the most power possible in a stretch. Let me know the exercises you’re using and I will comment on that also. But going three times a day is brilliant with length, I did this in the beginning and I made 2 inches of growth in about six months.

Although I'm only doing length, will I still see any girth gains from this current routine?
 
You will see a little bit of girth from this routine mainly at the base of your penis. You’re doing all the stretches from the newbie routine so I’m pleased with that. I would add in two new stretches, erect stretching for 10 minutes once a week. I would also like to see expressive stretches included in your daily routine. Other than that use your SiliStretcher at all times you’re not stretching at a moderate setting to make these gains stick, this is so important!
 
Been feeling quite sore with this 3/day routine. Wondering if I should keep pushing through the soreness (since it's not pain). Also any tips to ensure I keep my penis healthy and avoid injury?
