A couple weeks in now, and following the newbie routine. I do it every morning, then use my new silisleev for roughly 6-8 hours to recover in an extended state. I'm not looking to get anything too expensive in terms of hardware, so I'll stick to this for the time being.
As of now, my goal is to get to 8in BPEL, and 6in EG. Is there a timeframe that I should be looking at in terms or achieving this goal? I'm planning on sharing my progress at least monthly. Please feel free to chime in with any tips, tricks, advice, or anything! I really appreciate how welcoming the community has been so far.

BPFSL: 6.5in
BPEL: 6.25in
EG: 5in
