Just started pumping. Looking for length and girth

Hi everybody..

I'm completely new to forums and pumping. So I am sorry if I don't know what I'm talking about or using the correct terms.

I've been pumping for a week now 4 2x10min sessions with 2-3 mins massage in between.
I basically came across Susan Brattons pumping guide.
I am 6" EL and 4.5" EG.. I have a 1.75"x9" LApump style cylinder with a gauge.

I noticed you guys really dedicate alot of time to PE but I just don't have that much time. 20-30mins a day or every other day just using a pump is pretty much all I have time for. My wife has decided she wants to be involved in my pumping sessions which helps with getting strong erections.

I guess I'm asking if this enough of a routine for me to see any gains. I do jelq but not enough. I do plenty of kegels. But that's about it I'm afraid.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You should do this program to maximize permanent growth increases;

Almost 10 years of aggressive pumping have transformed me from (what I thought was) rather pedestrian 6 3/8" BPEL and around 5 1/2" MSEG to 8+/7-, so I can attest to the fact that pumping works.
The LengthMaster is a fantastic leverage tool, but it was not for me or my lifestyle...same thing w/hanging/jelqing/etc. but my body seemed to respond to high-intensity pumping. I have two BathMates (one X40 and one Goliath) and a MityVac that I use almost daily (and the MityVac is so convenient I can have it on while doing computer work at home, reading, watching TV etc., so my hours under pressure are too many to calculate...just know 9for me at least) intensity was/is the key

It's been a long time since I used one but it really did make my dick look massive. Only temporarily of course

Personally I both like and prefer getting up around 0330-04 AM to get my routine in as it takes some time(2h).

This way you’ll have the rest of the day to get done what you need to get done. I know it’s a bit rough in the beginning to get up really early though after a while you’ll get used to it.
I just pour myself a BIG cup of coffee and get to stretching because I REALLY REALLY want to reach my goals.

Anyway it’s the best advice I could come up with if you implement it or not is totally up to you of course, wishing you prosperity in your gains to come. Best of luck.

Good advice. I did this in the beginning of my PE journey. I need to get back to that.

I work a 3 shift pattern which alternates weekly:

6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am.

Plus I have 3 young children whose lives I'm very involved in.. I don't want to bore you with my life schedule but you get the idea. I barely even hit the gym anymore. I'm 36 now and wish I came across pumping when I was 20 lol

As DLD says you do whatever you can whenever you can..

I've got the girth 5x5x3 girth programme on the go..even from session one was amazing results.

But what manual lengthening can anyone suggest without devices and won't take up too much time..

Manual stretching will take up time. But if you can do it for 1 hour each day (6 days stretching and 1 day rest), or 3 days on and 1 day rest, you will gain if you have the proper intensity. You should progress into bundled stretches to make faster gains.

If you could buy the SiliStretcher that would be a way as well. SiliStretcher in combination with manual stretches can get you far. I did everything without the SiliStretcher and I saw good gains (newbie gains of ~1).

I suggest you create one of these:

I used this broomstick and my hands, when I was chasing my newbie gains. It's really powerful if you know how to use it.

I did a similar routine as this broomstick routine above, but the stretches became more and more intense as I progressed, I transitioned pretty fast into doing bundled stretches...I even sat on the broomstick with my penis under it to stretch.

But much later I discovered that @DLD had already created a stretch similar to this (not exactly the same), and it's called: Under-Leg Fulcrum. 🙂

You can make good gains by doing a program that is based on the stretches you will find in the MOS DVD.

I can try and get some of the main stretches in a few days a week..won't be spending long..maybe 15-20mins. May not be enough buts it's all I can manage..did a few basic ones today and then went it my pump and EL was already .5inch up..temp gain but now I know the potential and power of the stretches..

Something is better than nothing in my case so I will do as best as I can.

I did the A stretch, the circular ones, behind the cheeks, under the leg..held them all for a minute each. Then did the SSJ, compression squeeze and jelq jelq bends.

You need to combine SSJ (Slow Squash Jelq) with pumping, that's how to create permanent girth gains. See the routine that you need to do below:

5 minutes pumping
5 minutes SSJ



5 minutes pumping
5 minutes SSJ

5 minutes pumping
5 minutes SSJ

Do the girth routine as written above. Remember to wear a cock ring right after your pumping session for at least 1 hours.

Also, you need to do Kegels throughout each of the pumping sessions.

Just started doing this about a month ago, maybe not that long and haven't measured yet. Will update in a month or so. Also stopped using the traction device for the time being. Working on girth mainly.

Thankyou..I am doing the 5x5x3 and also doing around 15mins of bundled stretches.

The program says pump to full intensity. Mine is a manual hand pump with a gauge.
What hg would I pump to?

Increase your bundled stretches time to a minimum of 20 minutes. If you are new to pumping, stay at 5hg all through your pumping sessions for now.

Only if I had the time to be doing this daily or even every other day. I will just have to do whatever I can whenever I can and any gain will be a good gain.

My wife wanted to be involved in my pumping sessions but stretches is more of a solo thing and especially pumping every hour for 3 hours lol.

I think she just doesn't want me touching my penis on my own 🤣
 
I wore a cock ring after my last 5x5x3 session and around 40mins in the head went really cold..got me a bit worried so I took it off, slapped my cock a few times and massaged some more blood into it. Was ok after that..is this normal??

I'm reading alot of the threads on here and beginning to think that aiming for both length and girth gains maybe too ambitious for me especially at the start of my journey.

My goals are not as big as some of the others here..Im just trying to gain 1inch in length and girth.

Is it better for me to focus on 1 then the other?

I'm 6"BPEL and ~4.25"EG.

3 months length 0.25"-0.5 "
6 months length 0.75"-1"
1 year length 1"-2"
3 months girth 0.25"
6 months girth 0.5"
1 year girth 0.75"-1"

Note this is incremental and the measurements for each month or year.

So you can use this progression list, to structure your penis enlargement plan. Lengthwork first can be a good plan, but if you could do both lengthwork and girthwork intensively they would complement each other, and you would hit your goal faster.

Remember a broomstick (it's a Power Assist device, or Power Assist 2 on MOS Shop), and hand stretches can get you far.

There are many exercises in the MOS DVD that is powerful. TUB STRETCHES is a favorite of mine.

Hi everyone..its been a few days and a few girth and stretching sessions. Girth is increasing. I would say nearly .5inch after a week of 5 5x5x3 ssj and pumping workouts.

But I've noticed something a bit worrying. I don't know how to explain it properly but there is what seems to be a vein/artery running out of my public area and along the top of my shaft. There is small hard lump in it closest to the bottom of the shaft.

I'm thinking the pump or cock ring could be causing this but I'm not sure.

Has anyone experienced this?

Dam the thrombosis thing kinda scares me not going to lie,

What would the main cause be for it, is it because of too much pumping?
or is it just a natural occurrence that happens that your body will get use to. ?
