Will have to try. I'll bundle the penis next time I hang and see if it feels more intense.Actually, this is the past and current method I used for hanging. I perform the hanging while doing upward pelvic thrust exercises with 30lbs kettle belt weight to strengthen my hip joints while engaging 7.5lbs BTC hanging method. I twist the penis fully 3 mins to the left, then 3 mins to the right, and switch to 10 mins at 5lbs. I reach fatigue extreme fast at this point for the weights.
On days I have to get to work, I strap on the ADS with tensions between 2.5lbs to 3lbs. On days I'm home, I add on 3 more sets of this.
Thanks for the support brother! I use the pump when I am lying down in the Bath. I pull on it occasionally but I personally never have enough consistency with Bathmate Pulls in order to get any real benefit from them. I am certain however that they are effective at what they do.

Not a bad PE session today after a 2 day break. The weight definitely felt like more of a stretch plus the addition of the heat before the workout probably made the tissue more malleable. Bathmate session was also very good, I only got 3 sets but it was still decent nonetheless.
I will be losing some visible size in the coming weeks/months as I am back on the bulk and will be for a while longer. I am hoping that I do not get too fat during this time, fingers crossed.

Good session today. Did some riding of the fatigue today with my hanging. As I got up to a higher weight I eventually found my base unable to take much more with a high weight so I reduced it and did more sets at a lower weight until fatigue was too great and then I stopped. My new sleeves also arrived today and so far I am having no issues with the cup staying on.
Pump session was also good. My EQ isn't as top notch as it could be but it's still decent nonetheless.

Some minor issues is okay. It's mostly when you spend more time jerking than pumping is when it's an issue. For example one time I was in the bath ready to pump, tried to get an erection while I had some videos playing in the background(nothing dirty just YouTube videos), kept going and nothing was happening. My base feels obliterated from all the intense hanging sessions I've been having and I think I need to take a break from hanging as a result of this as I am not able to hang with as much intensity because of it. I think the next few days will just be extender work until my base is healed.
EQ wasn't as good today but I still managed a couple decent sets in the Bathmate so that's a plus.
I have ordered some cock rings today and I'll receive them tomorrow because I intend to do some Hypoxic Clamping. I've learned about this from BD and as it is only 10 minute sessions 2-3 times per week then it is not possible for any nerve damage to occur as the literature shows that times greater than 30 minutes are problematic. A great session today. Base felt absolutely dead by the end of the hanging session. Pump was also very good as my erections were very nice.
