My belief is also that with bundled stretches, you are able to cement your gains faster.

Just rotate your penis (left + right) and hang it. The time you are bundled to left, should be equal to the time you are bundled to the right. Each set consists of left + right bundled stretches. Try 10 minutes per set. 5 minutes left bundle + 5 minutes right bundle with a high load/heavy weight. 2 sets per session.

I have not tried this myself, but it should work. You are just using weights/gravity instead of your hands to stretch.

Actually, this is the past and current method I used for hanging. I perform the hanging while doing upward pelvic thrust exercises with 30lbs kettle belt weight to strengthen my hip joints while engaging 7.5lbs BTC hanging method. I twist the penis fully 3 mins to the left, then 3 mins to the right, and switch to 10 mins at 5lbs. I reach fatigue extreme fast at this point for the weights.

On days I have to get to work, I strap on the ADS with tensions between 2.5lbs to 3lbs. On days I'm home, I add on 3 more sets of this.
 
Bundled stretches are so important to loosen up tunica albigunea and to elongate your entire penis optimally. You need less force as well if you are doing bundled stretches. In every stretch you are stretching more internal tissue, compared to a regular stretch.

Awesome progress! keep up the great work and thanks for sharing! I have a bathmate hydromax extreme 9 that I really like. I am curious when your pumping do it let the pump hang? Pull on it some? I do not use the shower strap or comfort pad. no issues with leaking.
Thanks for the support brother! I use the pump when I am lying down in the Bath. I pull on it occasionally but I personally never have enough consistency with Bathmate Pulls in order to get any real benefit from them. I am certain however that they are effective at what they do.

Not a bad PE session today after a 2 day break. The weight definitely felt like more of a stretch plus the addition of the heat before the workout probably made the tissue more malleable. Bathmate session was also very good, I only got 3 sets but it was still decent nonetheless.

I will be losing some visible size in the coming weeks/months as I am back on the bulk and will be for a while longer. I am hoping that I do not get too fat during this time, fingers crossed.

You're 100% right on that. There will probably be some EQ side effects from doing PE. It's when it becomes difficult to get a Bathmate session done because of inability to get an erection when I feel it's best to take the day off.

Personally I didn't think about this that much when I did length work. I could usually edge after sessions, but sometimes my EQ was not on top...but that is life.
Good EQ in my opinion is easily being able to get an erection for a pump session without having to try so hard(no pun intended). If you can't get an erection for a pump then it's probably best to take the rest of the day off.

Questionmarks always give me some stimulation, and the ability to get hard when doing girthwork. A woman and girth work routine would be the best, but do not have that option jet.

Then you should test out extending, made my erections able to cut through glass if I wanted to. Always got raging night erections from it as well.

mine works when it has to, once a week (pleasing the partner) the other 99% of time it’s very much limp and lifeless 😂

Some minor issues is okay. It's mostly when you spend more time jerking than pumping is when it's an issue. For example one time I was in the bath ready to pump, tried to get an erection while I had some videos playing in the background(nothing dirty just YouTube videos), kept going and nothing was happening. By the end I realised that 2 videos had already gone by and my dick was still flaccid as a soggy baguette and I decided "Today is not the day".

It does what it's made for then! I also have found that even if your penis is fatigue then intense arousal can bypass the fatigue and you will still end up with a hard ass erection because of it.

It's usually long term fatigue that causes EQ issues. And you said yourself that you worked 3 days on one day off? That was probably the perfect routine for you and your penis.
More to do with the skin soreness on my penis. But fatigue was a factor when my penis didn't flaccid hang as low. Then I needed to rest. I suppose 3 days on 1 day off, was an optimized schedule for all this.

I'm gonna be having sex with a girl on Sunday so I won't do any PE tomorrow to keep EQ nice and strong and I'll only do some pumping beforehand just to get my dick nice and big.

Well, at least it works when you need it to. And as long as it stays longer and fatter in the limp and lifeless condition then that’s at least a good sign of future growth.
